I had a great classic breakfast, eggs over medium, amazing bacon (3 strips), toast and fruit. The fruit was a little less than a cup of cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes and blueberries. My husband had chicken fried steak, home fries and a biscuit, and eggs. He just said it was “ok.”. I stole some of his home fries and they were amazing! My vote 5⭐️! His vote 3⭐️.
Our waitress, Olivia was super friendly and attentive! She seemed to really enjoy her job even though they were very busy on a Saturday morning.

We had an amazing waitress. She was super sweet and attentive. There was a blonde girl seating people and she was a total… Well, yeah. Our table was not clean and underneath was gross. Used utensils just laying around on the floor. The food is good and the restaurant is adorable. I find this place to be a little overpriced for the offerings. Would I go again? Yes but not too often.

Our family of 8, 4 adults and 4 children stopped in for breakfast as we returned home from vacation. We had a brief wait for a large table. Once seated we were greeted by a friendly server named Jennifer who waited on us with kindness and eagerness to meet our needs. The food was delicious….,everyone commented their food was really good. The children’s menu is perfect for children. Select 3 items of your choice for a kids meal. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

The food was great, the service was good, and I love that there is an outdoor option. No complaints and affordable. I heard people say it was another “waffle house” type establishment. However, I did not find that to be the case in the Shallotte location. I have not been to the other locations, but I would highly recommend Eggs Up Grille!

We had an amazing breakfast with Ms. Jen as our waitress. 10/10. The food was absolutely delicious (I got the Creme Brule Toast) and our service was great! Ms. Jen was so kind and very attentive! We had to come back on our last day of our trip to come see her again before we left to go back home.

All the staff were friendly and our waitress was exceptionally great! I believe her name was Meghan. We brought our dog with us and ate on the outdoor patio which is great for those looking for a breakfast spot that is dog friendly. Our waitress gave our dog lots of attention and love! We enjoyed talking to her about her own dogs too. The food was great and quick. I would definitely recommend getting their sweet breakfast items like their French toast and pancakes!

We have been to several Eggs Up, but not recently until today. We were so excited to go have a big delicious breakfast. We were seated at a soaking wet table for starters. Reviewed the menu for a bit and our order arrived promptly. VERY disappointing! Biscuits and Gravy?? It was a muffin with barely any gravy “buttered” over it. I immediately asked for more and received about 2 more tablespoons in a little serving cup typically used for sour cream. I was about to ask for a spoon for my grits, but soon realized I could just drink them from the cup because they were so runny. Sausage patties?? More like super thin sausage medallions! Tiny! Home fries?? COLD! I had water with my breakfast. My wife had a soft drink……$3! This is definitely not the Eggs Up I remember! All this for $30?? Won’t be going back. Also a dirty floor and ceiling vents. It is just terrible they have to reduce the quantity and quality of the servings for this price! So many other local choices that are superior in value and quality.
