This place is terrible I don’t understand why anyone gives this place money or how this place hasn’t shut down yet. The service is trash they take 20-30 mins just to take a mobile order and the place still states on here it’s 24 hrs. Spoiler! It’s not they close around midnight nowadays but haven’t updated it for the past month. I waited for a while I’m not too impatient but It does get to a point. I waited like 5-10mins then when no one said anything I said hello? The guy said hold on please alright no problem waited another 10mins said hello? No response seems to be ignoring me I waited a little longer and then I said whatever I’ll go somewhere else I pull around and this guy is taking his sweet time getting change for one car in the drive-thru just one. Mind you when I pulled up to the speaker there was only like three cars in line. They literally focused on the three cars before even starting the next order… And this isn’t just today it’s been trash service every time I come here but not anymore. I refuse to visit this location or any McDonald’s again. They ruined it for me I always liked BK better and the funny part is the local BK always delivers and have never been slow or gotten my order wrong. Please go somewhere else and give other places your money besides a multi-billion dollar franchise who wouldn’t care what or how they serve you.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s in America. It’s always slow and the product is poorly prepared. On Dec. 21 about 2 pm I ordered some chicken nuggets and fries to my grandchildren who I was watching. I parked in the curbside and waited almost 40 minutes before I went to see what was up. When I went I they were busy, but I thought I saw someone preparing my order, so I went back out to the car to wait. 15 minutes later still no order. Tried to go back in again, but all the doors were locked!!!! At 2:45 on a Sunday! The drive thru had cars backed up and people were pulling up and trying go to go in and turning around. Called the store, no answer. So I just threw $20 out the window and still had to feed my grandkids. I called three times over the next week and got NO ANSWER!!!!! I filed a complaint on the app and a week and a half later not so much as a “we got your complaint”. I guess when your one of two burger places in town you can suck and still rake it in. Oh well, no one should eat this crap anyway.

Slowest fast food location in the state. Leaving a review as a reminder to not come here again. I’ve been after dark and thought they were just slammed, got stuck in the drive through with rude customers that wouldn’t move so I could get out of the way after sitting in the line for 5 minutes. Ended up going inside since I had already placed my mobile order. Seems like they only started making my food because I went inside. Sitting here for 20 minutes so far, waiting on my mobile order for ONE QUARTER POUNDER.

When at 12:30 on a wednesday. I utilize the kiosk that’s the reason why you got four stars on service. Place my order which is correct how I wanted it. After waiting 12 minutes with six people back there making food received the food it was cold. It was two double cheeseburgers extra pickles extra onions. Not understanding how there’s five to six people playing around working back there and the food is still cold. You do not have a staff problem you have a manager problem. Should not be bouncing around and playing around while there is four other people waiting in the lobby for their food and no one back there is making anything. They also forgot the pickles and threw a handful of onions on top of the burger

Used the mobile app for an online order and order was placed at 6:25 and nobody answered at the drive thru as we sat and waited for 20 mins, people behind and in front of us were leaving. We were in between cars or we would have pulled off earlier and left. Keep in mind my mobile order was one kids chicken nugget happy meal. We went up to the window and she came to the window and asked if we had ordered yet and we said yes we had a mobile order and she just walked off. Had no idea what was going on. Absolutely ridiculous and honestly not sure how they are still open. Don’t waste your time. Also there were only 4 people inside the restaurant. Go down the road to Burger King in Woodruff and not sure how they have more than 2 stars on reviews.

This McDonald’s is the worst location I’ve ever seen….. Went at 5:30 am to get coffee before work because Starbucks was closed…. Well so was McDonald’s…… Now we try to order a snack at 3:30 am on a different day and it’s closed… I’m sorry does 24 hours mean something different to them? They need to change the sign they have out front and what it says on Google otherwise they should honor what they say…. Their food is usually good when they get it right and aren’t lazy…. There’s a few employees who need retraining and most of the managers absolutely don’t deserve their position if this is how they run a business. It takes forever and is usually a hit or a miss.

This place sucks. Takes forever. Today I ordered in the app and pulled up to the drive thru gave my order number and was told to pull around. When I got to the window no one greeted me or tried to confirm my order just started handing me an order that wasn’t mine. I told her that this wasn’t my order and told her what my order was. She walked away and I could hear her telling others inside that I just pulled up without letting anyone know or selecting i was here in the app but that was not the case as I gave my code through the drive thru. Got the order finally after waiting a total of 30 minutes just trying to get through the line and get my food and my order was wrong again. I had to come inside to get everything corrected. This place needs a complete rehaul for staff. Get people who know that they are actually doing. Ive lived in woodruff whole life and this isnt a new thing…it has always been this way and it needs to be changed.

The purple haired woman taking orders is rude. She snapped at my husband and I while we tried ordering, and kept interrupting him every time he said something. I will say, it’s exactly what we expected to see though, since this McDonalds has sucked service wise since it was built. 15 years of garbage, now THAT’S some consistency.
