Today 10/11/2025 I decided to stop by this BK on 13th st for a quick and tasty breakfast. Manager Emmanuel was extremely polite and respectful took my order and made my purchase really easy. Food was excellent all staff members truly respectful as well, I will be coming back.

I just went there to pick up an online order. First of all I arrived and my food was already served. The lady on the counter served like 6 people before me. I placed the order without sauce. When she gave me my order the food was as completely cold, I paid for large fries and in my bag were small, when I opened the wraps were full of sauce, which sauce that has. An ingredient that I’m allergic to. What a disaster of service, I’m hungry and no time to come back to claim because I’m working. Alexandra

Exceptional Cleanliness and Fresh Food – Great Job, Burger King!
I had a fantastic experience at this Burger King today (12/19/2025). What truly stood out was the attention to cleanliness. An employee was outside actively cleaning the parking lot, which immediately made a great impression. It’s refreshing to see staff taking pride in keeping not just the inside, but the entire property clean and welcoming.
Inside, the experience matched that high standard. The food tasted super fresh, hot, and well-prepared—clearly not something that had been sitting around. Everything was exactly how it should be.
Cleanliness, freshness, and visible effort from the staff make a huge difference, and this location clearly goes the extra mile. Excellent job to the team—I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this Burger King!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! 5 “workers” behind the counter laughed and ignored us when we ordered 3 large fries. Then the were given to us after 25 minutes cold, when we were the ONLY PEOPLE IN LINE!!! Fire everyone and start fresh. I will fove er avoid this Burger Kung whenever I head towards Orlando!!

My family and I was passing through and we order from this location. Food tasted horrible. Someone from Burger King need to do some quality check at this location. fries tasted really bad, like the oil have not been changed for a while. Chicken nuggets not cooked properly and the hamburger meat was still cold in the middle. Fish sandwich was horrible. Very hard and have a very bad taste. From the little bit that I ate, I felt really sick.

After 20 minutes waiting in the drive through with no movement, I went inside no other customers were inside and saw 3 or 4 employees in the kitchen but nobody was at the register. I waved to one of the employees to make sure they were aware that I was waiting there and she waived back, but said nothing. After a couple minutes I called out and asked if anyone was going to take my order and the woman who waived said she needed a few minutes. That’s when I left. While this was happening the 6 cars who had been waiting in the drive through line gave up and left. This seems to be a frequent issue at this location if you check the comments. Management needs to do a better job training their employees.

How any Burger Kings are still open is beyond me but more so the service at almost every Burger King that we’ve been to has been atrocious. I waited in a drive-thru in St cloud for 20 minutes with no customers inside the Burger King and five cars in the drive-thru Three employees were visible all to not even have the menu item that I wanted. Person taking the order was friendly and apologize for the inconvenience but there should be an absolutely no weight with three employees and no people inside the restaurant this place needs to shut down for sure

Ordered through the app — a Whopper off the broiler with no onions or pickles — and ended up receiving a Whopper Jr. instead. The burger honestly tasted like it was microwaved… even the ketchup and mayo was burning hot . On top of that, it came with pickles and onions, and no lettuce or tomatoes.
I actually enjoy Burger King burgers, but the St. Cloud location really needs to step their game up. There’s no pride in the order accuracy or quality right now. Hoping they tighten things up.

If I knew I was going to wait so long for a whopper, I would’ve just went to a restaurant. There needs to be an evaluation on the workers Friday nights, I’ve waited 30 minutes just for my order to be taken. There needs to be a manager present to keep these guys on their feet. Kitchen crew taking casual bathroom breaks in the middle of a rush, no service guy present, they seemed to be more focus on drive thru when there’s barely any cars and more people dining in. Their tickets were piled up, no leadership, I will never come back here. Now I’m not complaining about the food, it was good but not worth waiting 30-40 minutes. Again please do an evaluation on the Friday night crew, very slow, not knowing how to prioritize, I think the guy running the front was high. For whoever reads this, go to McDonalds on Canoe Creek, they’re much faster and make both Burger King and the McDonalds on 13th street look like jokes.
