I had a great experience at Mocha Bleu in Teaneck. The food was genuinely delicious — standout dishes included the tuna steak, crispy rice, sea bass cigars. Even the drinks were excellent the espresso martini, and hot chocolate were all on point. The pizza was surprisingly good too, and the lava cake for dessert was the perfect finish.

The only real downside was the staffing situation. The one waitress on the floor was working extremely hard, and the busboy was doing his best to clean the tables, but it was clear the rest of the staff were not exactly checked in, and unorganized. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes just for a sauce, and several tables seemed to be experiencing similar delays.

Overall, the food is incredible, and the atmosphere is great, but they definitely need to improve their staffing and organization to match the quality of the menu. I would still recommend going — just be prepared for slower service during busy times.

Mocha Bleu in Teaneck, New Jersey is an outstanding upscale kosher dairy restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious across the board—from the creative appetizers to the incredible desserts. Their Italian-style pizza, made on-site in a real old-fashioned brick oven, is exceptional. The service is professional, attentive, and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed night out or an important meeting. The atmosphere is refined yet comfortable, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. One of my favorite places for high-quality kosher dairy dining. Highly recommended!

I got the Pistachio Crusted Tuna with rosemary roasted potatoes, spinach, garlic aiolio sauce and sweet potato mash on the side. It was absolutely delicious and it was served at the perfect temperature! Staff are super nice. Very pretty and well designed restaurant. They have a bar, bakery and homemade pizza and pasta. I will definitely be back here very soon. Thank you for a good experience!

We went for a birthday and this spot did not disappoint.

We all had a great time a highly reccomend.

There were a lot of people on dates and thats what we would reccomend this for.

A date or a birthday, not necessarily somewhere to bring your kids.

I has an upscale vibe and the food was amazing.

We’ll definitely be back.

I especially loved the salmon rice bites, the tuna tartar and the quinoa salad.

We had an absolutely delicious experience at Mocha Bleu! From the moment we walked in, everything felt special. Our server, Kellise, was fantastic – friendly, attentive, and really made us feel at home.

We ordered the sweet potato and salad combo – such a standout dish. The candied sweet potatoes were rich and flavorful, and the salad was super fresh with candied almonds, tomato, cucumber, cheese… just the perfect mix of textures and flavors.

The arugula pizza was also excellent – fresh arugula and tomatoes on a light, fluffy dough, straight from the wood-fired oven. I do wish they had asked how well-done we’d like it; I personally would have gone a little crispier, but it was still amazing.

We tried the PURE passion fruit drink, which tasted like a refreshing passion fruit sorbet in a glass – super unique. The Caramel Bleu Latte was smooth and creamy, definitely on the sweeter side – would’ve been great if they asked about sweetness level beforehand, but still very enjoyable.

Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but every bite and moment felt worth it. Mocha Bleu isn’t just a meal – it’s an experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing food! We were there during one of the most crowded times (9 days) and even though we were warned that service would be slow, the food arrived a lot sooner than we expected. Our waiter was kind and courteous even though the house was packed and there was a lot going on.

I’ve eaten at the restaurant before and I remembered how good the pizza was so I ordered the margherita pizza and sea bass, they both where horrible. There was no taste!!! The mozzarella wasn’t not fresh, a string cheese tasted better.
To my surprise I was so disappointed, first the pizza arrived cold, followed by the tasteless experience we encountered.
Sea bass was like rubber, dry and uncooked. I didn’t want to pay for uncooked food. I was better off going to McDonald’s and getting a fish fillet.
We told our server to communicated with the manager but the manager didn’t accept. The manager didn’t even bother to come to our table and communicate-speak to us directly. Definitely not going back!!!

I recently booked the party room at Mocha Bleu for my daughter’s bat mitzvah, and I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and friendly, helping us plan every detail from seating arrangements to menu choices. The food exceeded our expectations — the fresh-made pasta was perfectly al dente, and the sauces were rich and flavorful. The kids loved the pizza station, while the adults raved about the lasagna and seafood dishes. The dessert selection was stunning, with an array of pastries that looked as good as they tasted. The ambiance of the private room made the event feel intimate yet festive. Everyone left happy, and I’ll definitely be returning for both personal dining and future events.

Did the pasta tasting, which was an excellent and unique experience. Each of the chef-curated pastas was delicious, with beautiful presentation. The portions were also generous for a five-course pasta tasting, which was appreciated for the price and felt like good value. We also had the trio tartare and arancini appetizers, which were also delicious with good portions. I would absolutely recommend (although I may suggest sticking to one appetizer if you’d like to finish all the pasta from the pasta tasting). Wait staff was attentive and helpful.
