Walking into this place, you immediately notice the thought that went into the design. It’s modern and sleek but still feels warm and inviting—exposed brick, nice greenery, and comfortable banquettes. It’s the kind of space that makes you want to take photos of your food (the natural light is perfect). The crowd is a nice mix, and the music is always at that perfect volume where it adds to the energy but you don’t have to shout. It’s a beautiful spot to spend an evening, and luckily, the food and drinks are just as stylish as the decor.

The food and service was A1 due to 1 exceptional member of a 3 person team. Tre ran front cash, while taking and executing orders for drive thru with precision. They were down a fry cook and I was told by the manager of the 3 person team that I would have a wait of over 30 mins because the cook was at least 30 mins out. I chose to wait instead of the option for original chicken. After standing there for about 10 mins Tre came back to the front after pushing drive thru orders and ask was I holding for crispy and I told him yes. He said I got you. He dropped the chicken.
The whole time he was respectful and collected. Customer service and good food are not 2 things you tend to get anymore with Fast Food. Tre is the exception. Since Tre was clearly holding the Fort down one of the others definitely could have given the dining room and front counter some love because it was not trashy but it was dirty. Food was fresh and sides were good portions even the biscuit was good.

Staff was working hard I will say that, food was fresh and got it fast but I get the famous bowl and ended up getting a corn mash potato bowl because this is crazy to get damn near no chicken at all how hungry growing boys suppose to get full ? Never understood pinching on food, this was for my boys and still were hungry after should have got bunch chicken for my few bucks instead but didn’t expect this

I ordered a four piece and a two piece chicken meal. When I arrived at my destination I had two of the exact same meals. He put two pieces of chicken in the big box that should have had four pieces. The potato wedges were so hard and dry you couldn’t eat them. Terrible visit the only thing that was good was the pot pies I ordered.

Today is November 14. Every time I go to this kfc they are always out of something. Today they didn’t have any chicken ready. It was going to be 20 minutes. It was not close to closing either. The manager was there and several others working so they didn’t seem to be short handed. People were pulling off left and right. I decided to settle for chicken pot pies for my daughter and I but they were dried out. Maybe they had been sitting a while. I also ordered Mac and cheese and it was sour. I’ve never had sour Mac and cheese but trust me something was wrong with it. I always order Mac n cheese bcuz it’s my favorite but this time yuk! I have come to this kfc quite often bcuz I live very close but every time I leave disappointed bcuz I spend my money and never get what I initially wanted. They always have me to pull to the red pole so the timer won’t start. I really wish they would do better bcuz I love kfc.

Ask for spicy wings and wedges was hard and tasted old and the wings was dipped in bbq .didnt notice till I got home.i gotta stop trust these fast food worker.they obviously miserable with they jobs thats why they do customers wrong .

Review for KFC on Highway 85, Riverdale, GA
I stopped by this KFC on my lunch break and ordered a two-piece meal (breast and wing) with coleslaw, biscuit, and a drink total $15.87. The coleslaw didn’t taste fresh, so I only ate the wing and took the food back because I wanted to enjoy my meal together.
When I explained the situation to the cashier, he asked if I just wanted to replace the coleslaw. I said no I wanted the full meal (1 piece chicken, coleslaw, and biscuit). He gave me a thigh instead of a breast, didn’t check what I had eaten, and seemed irritated. He set my food on the counter without bagging it or offering condiments.
For a quick lunch and the price I paid, the service and attitude were disappointing. This location needs to work on customer service and attention to detail.

There should be absolutely NO reason this food should be this way at 11:30am. Potato wedges are weapons I can hurt someone if I throw it at you. Chicken really dark looking like they need to change their grease. I’m totally disappointed and won’t be back no time soon! Do better highway 85 Riverdale

I come to this location everyday and have good experiences most times. Today the manager on duty was down right nasty. The girl who took my order had me wait in the middle of the line before I could approach the window. I don’t know what that’s about having me hold up the line. Anyhow, I ordered 3 chicken strips and I didn’t receive any sauce so after checking my bag I asked for the new Mambo Sauce. The girl at the window said it was .50 cents and I said no I have chicken strips, surely I get 1 free sauce with it. She proceeds to tell me that the Mambo Sauce costs .50 cents. She then grabbed the manager and I informed her that I would like a Mambo Sauce for my chicken strips and she proceeds to tell me it’s .50cents. I previously came to this location and ordered the exact same thing with no fuss! So, in confusion, I ask, ” Well, what meal does the Mambo Sauce come with.” She then says, “none of them, you have to outright pay for it.” Still confused I ask, “Well why do you guys have it advertised with the chicken strips as if it’s a great alternative to the other varying sauces free of charge?” She then cuts me off and starts naming all of the sauce options in a very snarky tone. So I said no ma’am I’m fine. Her attitude was totally uncalled for. There is NO SIGNAGE stating that the Mambu Sauce, in fact, has a price outside of the charge for extra sauces. I then simply asked what is her store number. As if she didn’t understand what I was referring to, she asked did I mean the telephone number. I then explained that I was referencing the Location Number of this particular KFC. Then her attitude got really nasty and she tells me google it and I say well I know you know it. That’s why I’m asking. She didn’t say anything else to me but, ” GOOGLE IT, GOOGLE IT, GOOGLE IT! I couldn’t get a word in so I politely told her not to worry about it and that I would be sure to include it ALL in my review!! You guys just lost a very valued and loyal customer. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! NEVER!! The disrespect is above and beyond. And the kitchen is always in chaos. And I’m sitting on the parking lot writing this review and realized she forgot my 2 strawberry lemonades. Unbelievable!

A little wait at the drive-thru, but my order was correct and the temperature of the food was on point. My cole slaw container was not full but it was juicey just the way I like it. I did have to ask for my receipt, which should be a given on a card purchase. I would return to give them a chance to do better.
