The food quality was actually better than expected, but the cleanliness was very poor. Mango shake taste sour. The dining area and especially the bathrooms had a strong, unpleasant smell, which really affected the overall experience.
It’s clear that the staff works hard and stays busy, but there is a noticeable lack of organization with orders. With better management, cleaning standards, and organization, this location could improve significantly.

All the staff working at this place simply shouldn’t be here, starting with the manager. There’s poor communication, they don’t know how to work efficiently, and it’s very disorganized. The wait time is excessive. The women are playing around, chatting, and others are on their phones, and they don’t care that customers are giving them dirty looks; they couldn’t care less. It’s simply the worst place, or one of the worst, I’ve ever visited. There are usually problems at these fast-food places, but this is worse than all of them. It took me almost half an hour to get 10 chicken nuggets, a side of fries, and a milkshake. Unbelievable, but it’s true, and here’s the proof so you can judge for yourselves.

I went here for breakfast. I had the big breakfast. The order was customized on the kiosk so I got an extra sausage. I then ordered the steak biscuit without the bun. Then I ordered the chicken biscuit with the bun. I later had to remove the bun due to gluten. I had a coffee and a tea. A cold drink and a hot one. Overall good

Mixed feelings on this visit. On the plus side, the kitchen is efficient—the food was exactly as expected and arrived quickly. On the downside, the “automated” part of the visit was a mess. Between a dirty touchscreen and a paper outage that required hunting down staff for a receipt, the convenience of the kiosk was lost.

I tried to go on at 6am. The drive thru opens at 5am. When I arrived there was a man that walked out with a bag of food in his hand. Me and another man was trying to knock on the door wondering why it was closed when they should be open. So a called and asked why it’s closed when clearly someone walked out with s bag of food and the dummy said oh that was the maintenence worker. So you should be open for 2 hours but you can’t sell food to the outside world? Really? If you read my reviews I rarely complain. These last 2 days…. I guess I had bad luck. That’s what I get for coming around here. Purple beware of this crap food restaurant. We all don’t need it anyway

The staff is extremely rude. Just giving you a look and ignore when u ask things. Show off a non friendly tone making sure u get it for no reason. Not happy at your job- you should quit and not doing this instead of ruining others people mood. A big dislike to that

The worst McDonald’s in the world! The worst service staff, horrible. They even charged me for the sauce! On top of everything else, the burger tasted like fish. They should close this place down; it’s filthy.

Other than having to use the kiosk it was a good visit. The ladies working Saturday morning were very friendly. This is one of the better run McDonald’s.

Can’t go wrong with the steak bagel . Hot cakes on point… they have a split drive through which makes it more convenient.. however the screen was broken. Overall good stuff.
