Went in and ordered carryout. Rice in burrito bowl was ice cold which made my entire bowl cold. Maybe the warmer was off. Also had a coupon for free chips n queso but was told I could only use it if I ordered it in the app so that was disappointing. I will return and hopefully next visit will be better

An okay place I guess. Although when I want Chipotle, I think I’ll be going to another one, which sucks because this one is right by home.
The staff could stand to be friendlier, although I in no way want to bad mouth the female employee with short hair and a lazy eye who served us, she was pleasant enough. The cashier however, a big and tall man with no hair seemed to treat me like I was stupid when I tried to pay before he was ready. My bad I guess. I also feel like he was staring at me the whole time I was having my meal.
The restaurant as a whole could stand to be cleaner. I got just a water and the button to dispense it was so sticky it was stuck. Yuck!

I order online or doordash. They always have my order ready (sometimes early). The quality of my burrito bowl is always A1. I haven’t sat in there to eat , so i can’t rate that part. I Definitely will keep continuing ordering from this location.

Great place to eat in Dayton, Ohio
February 2022 saw this restaurant chain open its 3000 stores in the United States with their ultimate goal being 7000 stores in the US. I have been to many of their locations. They specialize in bowls and burritos with fresh ingredients cooked and prepared where the consumer can see them. This particular one is located on the west side of Miller lane just north of York Commons blvd. There are about 30 spaces in the parking lot and more in adjacent lots. It is located in a stand-alone building. The main entrance is on the west side near the counter to order and pick up your order. The decor is the wood and steel style that their restaurant is known for. This has the most windows along one side which makes the dining room very open and bright. I ordered a Chicken bowl. It was quite good and prepared right in front of me. The price was reasonable for the area (and the times). The staff was pleasant. The one item that could be improved was the restaurant’s cleanliness. The floor was not clean and there were several tables not cleaned off and the floor with food on it. Overall a very pleasant experience and a place I recommend to my fellow travelers.

We ordered online around 6pm, when we went to go pick it up they said we didn’t place an order and when we showed them our order confirmation they said that they had gave our order to somebody and had to remake our order but they said that we had to wait even longer because they had other orders to make. Then they said that we would have to pay for the order again if we wanted our food. So we asked for a refund and they said we had to text some number in order to get a refund. As somebody who works in the food service industry I am completely appalled by how the people at this location treated us. Will NOT be returning. Order confirmation number was 2ny-da5

Just stopped by this Chipotle for lunch. Great spot—portions are super generous. The staff is really polite and attentive. Overall, I liked everything about it. The place is super clean, not noisy, and there’s nice music playing in the background.

Terrible service, they were “out” of a bunch of food at 4:30 pm. There was only one guy ahead of me but the lady took her sweet time so I stood there for a while. Got steak because there was no chicken and I ended up with mouthfulls of fat and chewy bits many times. Then the lady skimped on the toppings so much that I only ate about half the bowl before I was down to nothing but rice and the terrible steak. The chips I got were stale. The guacamole had a bunch of lettuce and cheese mixed in, so that was gross, along with two massive chunks of avocado, which should have been mashed better. On top of that, I couldn’t help but notice that the surfaces behind the counter were all covered in food. Seriously, rice and other bits everywhere. Not clean at all. All in all a terrible experience and I would go to literally any other chipotle. These people take zero pride in their work, they don’t care.

I guess this is what u get when you don’t record Chipotle actually making your food. I got the barbacoa and I literally had to search through to find a piece of meat. Then the piece I thought I found was all fat. Also this was with extra cheese. Either I got ignored or they are skimpy with that as well.

Only one person running the front line one person working in the back one person on cashier and doing nothing else not helping on the line at all another person I couldn’t even tell you what they were doing, but they didn’t help do anything that I saw. The lady on the line repeatedly spoke on how annoyed she was a customer in front of me gave her a little bit of a hard time so she had an attitude the entire time she asked to switch lines from the front to the back he denied that and she continued to help people With an attitude put very small portions of items into the bowls. I was ordering one bowl to split between two kids, so I asked if I could have the corn and tomato on the side and she proceeded to tell me “I can put all of that on there for you. It’s much easier!!”the whole reason I went into the store was to get a gift card but figured might as well get food while I am there. It took so long. I forgot to get my gift card so when I took my food out, I came back in to purchase a gift card and the worker who was on the side that was doing absolutely nothing had an attitude and was like did you need something else when I replied I forgot my gift card. She stated I needed to get at the end of the line which again was barely moving because there was one person working in the line. The cashier said I can get you so I proceeded to the cashier and then she had me stand there and walked away to go do something else before she finally came back and rang me out for a gift card!! I would never come to the store again
Not to mention while I was in line, I guess they didn’t have any steak ready and the front line worker said I need steak and they told her it would be a minute so she shouted to everybody in the line. Did y’all hear that so there’s no steak either one of the steaks Hope y’all heard that… not one employee there was friendly or welcomed you into the restaurant nothing!
