I’m just completely done with this location. Not only can they not get the order correct, like no cheese on a burger, but they also fail at giving you all the food you pay for. Unfortunately McDonald’s as a corporation seem more concerned about speed than accuracy. Normally I wouldn’t leave a bad survey but I had to go inside to get a burger fixed then realized I was missing the burger once I got home. Do better.

You cant take food back from a customer that you handed into their car to give to another customer. That is highly unsanitary and against food handling policy. You need to remake the order. Ew. Or make sure you’re handing over the right one in the first place to avoid all that.

And yeah the fries tasted like old grease.

Very upset with my service the past two days. I’ve been ordering breakfast from this McDonald’s for a while now because I work close, sometimes it’s through DoorDash and sometimes it’s pickup. The past two days it’s been DoorDash. Yesterday everything was smooth and my sandwiches were amazing as well as my coffee, I ordered a hash brown as well & it was hard as rock. I don’t know if they cooked it too much or just gave me an hour old one or what, but I wasn’t able to eat it regardless. Then today, I order breakfast at 10:19 and I will admit that’s pushing it a bit because breakfast ends at 10:30. But 10:30 means my order should have been made and delivered. It took over an hour & three doordashers for the last one to finally tell me “your food is no longer available”. So I think they just didn’t make my food because it was too close to time. I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s unless I get some other type of compensation because that’s ridiculous. I did contact DoorDash & got a refund but I’d like to be able to rely on this McDonald’s. Clearly I cannot because I ended up having to cancel the order.

I went to McDonald’s for a quick meal, but it was anything but fast. The experience was a complete mess from start to finish, and it was far worse than any other McDonald’s in the area.

I pulled into the drive-thru and waited to order for about ten minutes. No one said hello or asked for my order. I was left waiting in silence, which felt endless.

When I finally received my food, my order was completely wrong. What I got was a mystery—not what I had asked for at all.

The food tasted awful. It was greasy and bland, not at all like the classic taste you expect from McDonald’s. It was a complete disappointment.

To top it all off, the bag had no napkins. After a greasy, messy meal, having no way to clean up is just another sign of bad service.

This McDonald’s is a total failure. The service is terrible, and the food quality is far below what it should be. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.

I usually order breakfast but today decided to get lunch. I order 4 $5 meals. FRIES WERE FRIED IN OLD GREASE AND COLD!! ALSO a sandwich missing. I call, speak to the manager Connie, she tells me she’ll fix it. I DID INFORM.HER THE FRIES TASTED LIKE THEY WERE FRIED IN OLD GREASE!! I GO BACK, ACTUALLY GOT TO SEE AND TALK TO CONNIE. SHE GOES AND ORDERS MY FOOD, STANDING AT THE END OF WHERE THE FIX THE FOOD, SHE STARTS COUGHING AND “DID NOT” COVER HER MOUTH!! THEN I GOT THE EXACT SAME FRIES I COMPLAINED ABOUT!! DIDN’T CHANGE THE GREASE… WON’T DO LUNCH AGAIN

Don’t bother even ordering a happy meal because they won’t even get that right. Check your food, make sure you have your drinks. They will make your whole order wrong, pickles on a burger when asked to remove, missing sauces, missing drinks, completely wrong items. The staff couldn’t care less either, they just slap together whatever and put it out the window. Do not come here, save yourself a headache and drive the extra 3min to the next mcdonalds. These people can’t even operate their own systems without 3 of them at the computer pressing random buttons. I was placing an order and heard the lady literally saying “I need help I can’t do it” when I ordered a number 2. Nothing special at all about it. Just a plain old number 2. Seriously? Get rid of this trash staffing and get new people who actually are competent and not high at work.
