Extremely Disappointed After 15 Years of memories in this place…
I’ve been coming to this Cicis location ever since I was little, and now that I have a son of my own, I bring him here too because my husband also loves this place. It’s been a family favorite for years — but after tonight, I’m not sure we’ll be back.
We were told to move after already sitting down and setting our things because “half the seating area was closing.” The part they told us not to sit in? Right near the door — where four other tables were still sitting and eating without issue. There were no signs, no chairs put up, nothing indicating that the area was closed. We were simply told we couldn’t sit there, even though everything looked completely open and available.
Instead, we were forced to move to the crowded side by the games and blaring music, surrounded by noise and people. My son has ADHD and food challenges, and I struggle with claustrophobia and social anxiety, so being herded together like that was incredibly uncomfortable.
When I politely told the young lady sweeping that we had just sat down and this was ridiculous, all she said was “sorry” — no explanation, no attempt to help, just a shrug. In all my years of coming here, this has never happened — especially not when the main manager is on duty. It’s honestly unbelievable how careless and unprofessional the staff were tonight.
If this is how they treat loyal families when management isn’t around, then this location has really gone downhill. I’m beyond disappointed, and I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon.

We were in town visiting family and came here for lunch. Pizza, pasta, salad, drinks, and dessert. The pizza selection was fun and delicious. My favorite pizza was the buffalo chicken pizza. My son-in-law doesn’t eat much pizza. There are separate order chicken wings available for him. Next time we visit, this is definitely on the list of “must do” while we are in town.

Big shoutout the Paul the manager!! Very friendly and welcoming. I told him I’m Muslim and about my religious beliefs and only being able to eat halal food. It’s great to hear that they have vegetarian cheese and he went above and beyond and made the pizza, sticks, and others on a separate clean pan and cutter to make me feel at ease.
Also shoutout to Umberto and Carson!! When Paul was away I didn’t know if they would be as welcoming and they also did a great job! Friendly staff all around and I have been trying to bring my family and friends here as much as I can now.

We were part of a large group of people that came in tonight. This place was PACKED but the Cicis team did AMAZING tonight. They were constantly refilling the salad bar, knocking out fresh pizzas, cleaning up the tables and drink station. The staff was very friendly. Absolutely wonderful experience! Great job!!

I celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday. We had am great experience there, the food was good, the crew was nice and most importantly the kids had a blast. I recommend this as a great place to do events with the family.

I used to eat at Cicis when I was in my teens very frequently. I haven’t been back in a while as I live out of town. It was still awesome!! The food tasted exactly how I remembered and was hot and delicious. I hope it never changes! We asked for a Mac and cheese pizza and they had it out in no time and it was phenomenal! The team was friendly and respectful and they were quick to clean up! The restaurant looked clean and I absolutely will be back! Thank you Cicis team!

This is one of my favorite places. They’re not that courteous, and we know pizza is not a healthy food. But what do you expect for this price? I LOVE carbohydrates and fats. I love this place.
The game machines were too noisy. If the volume could be turned down a little, it would be better.

I grew up going to CiCi’s and it’s just as it’s always been. Their signature barbecue pizza is the absolute best. I also really love their cheese pizza as they use a garlic based sauce. I am a little disappointed that they don’t have shredded cheese to add to salads, but it’s probably to keep costs down. I really can’t tell as much as I thought once I’ve thrown all the other toppings on. It is fairly cheap, It’s about $8-9 for the buffet. I remember clearly it was $5 TWENTY YEARS AGO, so I really appreciate that they have kept the cost down. They always have desserts as well, apple pizza and a vanilla custard pizza, and usually some cinnamon rolls. Around Halloween time last year they had pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls. If they are packed, find somewhere else to go. There have been times I have gone where there is literally no pizza on the bar because they can’t keep up with how much people are eating. It’s not worth waiting around for a couple of scraps. Most of the time I go though, there is no problem with being crowded. It’s usually during events like graduation. I definitely recommend this place for a family with picky eaters. Everybody can have what they want and you don’t have to buy a whole pizza. My daughter loves the macaroni pizza and it would not get eaten if we ordered a whole macaroni pizza. Also, they have arcade games and virtual reality for the kids to play once they are done eating if you want to hang around a bit. Staff are friendly and they usually seem short-handed so don’t give them a hard time. Enjoy!

The most courteous people making better pizza. I went today to have pizza as my dinner, the staff was very polite and serving fresh pizza right from the owens. I asked them if they have all beef pizza in any of the pizzas displayed, she told me they doesn’t have but after 10 minutes she brought fresh beef pizza only for me right to my table. I am touched by their gesture by miles..
Also they had great cinnamon buns, i loved them and ate 3 of them on full stomach. Great service guys..
