Had a wonderful lunch here today. The tableside guacamole was to die for. The food came out quickly, hot and delicious. The prices were reasonable also. It is a place i will visit whenever in in the area and craving Mexican cuisine.

3 Tequilas Restaurant exceeded all of our expectations, offering an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. Their dedication to excellent customer service set the tone for a memorable meal.

The food was equally impressive, with a diverse menu featuring a variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. Each dish was not only delicious but also generously portioned, providing great value for the reasonable prices. The large portions ensured that we left feeling satisfied and well-fed, adding to the overall positive experience.

Timing is crucial if you want to avoid a wait, as this popular spot can get busy. However, the ample parking and open seating arrangements made it easy to settle in comfortably without feeling cramped or crowded. The spacious layout allowed for a pleasant dining atmosphere, free from the discomfort of sitting too close to other patrons.

In summary, 3 Tequilas Restaurant goes above and beyond in delivering an excellent dining experience. From the top-notch service to the delicious and plentiful food, every aspect of our visit was impressive. With reasonable prices, ample parking, and a spacious seating arrangement, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy great food in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

2nd visit edit…still great! For lunch, really hit the spot. Lunch special chicken quesadilla and two tacos. Really liked the salsa, and the chips were fresh. The quesadilla was excellent and flavorful. The tacos were kinda bland (Mexican vs Tex-Mex), but not bad. Server was fine. The main guy was great. He had a problem with someone from the street he was being nice to by giving him water and a burrito or taco. The guy got up on a bar stool and was about to cause a scene, but they talked him down quietly and got him out just by being patient and de-escalating the situation. Bravo for his compassion and cool head. I’ve seen a few restaurants help vagrants and it shows in their treatment of paying customers in a superlative way. Combine that with good food and you can’t go wrong spending your money here.

Food was pretty good. My mom and I ordered the Nachos Grande and we were both given 9 chips on each of our plates with toppings on each chip. I think they were trying out a new presentation, but it was 9 chips on the plate lol. I’ve been to a variety of Hispanic restaurants and have never had nachos like that It was good though. Our waitress was meh. Not very personable but she got our drinks and food correct so ‍♀️

This was my fourth visit to this restaurant, and my previous three experiences were excellent, characterized by good service and tasty, fresh food. However, during my latest visit, I encountered several issues that deviated from my prior experiences.

On arrival, the restaurant had a low occupancy rate, with only about seven or eight cars in the parking lot. This made understaffing or a busy rush an unlikely explanation for what followed. I was seated promptly, and chips and salsa were served immediately, which led me to expect a similarly pleasant experience as before. However, the food arrived very quickly—faster than I anticipated—before I had finished enjoying the chips and salsa. Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm, a stark contrast to the typical expectation of Mexican dishes being served hot.

The chimichanga specifically lacked its usual accompaniments, missing the Mexican crema salad and having only a few squiggles of cheese sauce. Although it appeared to be fried, the texture was tough and rubbery, indicating that it might have been pre-fried and merely warmed up. The meat inside was unseasoned and reminiscent of a dried-out pot roast. My attempt to wash it down with iced tea was disappointing as well; the tea was warm and bitter, suggesting a possible lack of maintenance on the tea dispenser.

Attempting to get the attention of the waitstaff proved to be a challenge, as they were often congregated behind the bar, engrossed in their cell phones. Even when I waved to the manager in a red shirt, I received no acknowledgment. Ultimately, I approached the hostess stand and found my waitress engaged in eating and chatting with another employee. When I explained the issue with my meal, she took the plate without response and returned after several minutes with my check for $3.50 for the tea, placing it on the table and leaving immediately.

As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I strive to be understanding of the challenges that servers face and typically consider myself a grateful customer and generous tipper. However, the decline in quality and service during this visit was unexpected, especially given my positive past experiences. It’s concerning to witness such a shift, particularly as the summer season begins.

Adios 3 Tequilas!

After a long beach day, we needed something filling and we were not disappointed. I had the nachos, baby girl had taquitos, son had tacos, and Bae had Pollo Montero. We all enjoyed the food. Perfectly seasoned. Homemade guacamole. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

It wasn’t bad, but wasn’t good either. I got 2 orders of the side of 2 chile rellenos. They were much larger than anticipated, but flavors were more like a chicken parm than what I typically think of for a chile relleno. Chips and salsa and queso were solid. Thought it was weird they had fried rice as a dedicated section at a Mexican restaurant. Good tequila selection. Service was great – we were a larger party and they were very kind and accommodating. Very Americanized Mexican food. Combos were weird. Weird there weren’t just stand alone tacos to order. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for anything remotely like authentic Mexican or Texas Mexican or Cali Mexican food. Fine for a group who wants Mexican-ish food.

I recently visited a restaurant that I would highly recommend for family dining or gathering with friends. The owner and staff were extremely hospitable and polite, making for a very welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant itself was well-maintained and had a pleasant ambiance. The food was not only presented beautifully, but the quantity and quality were both excellent. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this restaurant.
