The place ain’t pretty but the tenderloins are awesome. Fresh, great coating. Service was great as well. Recommend it.

We just moved into town, actually just closed on our new house that is right around the corner from this place. We thought this place looked good based on menu and reviews. We were told to sit anywhere. It was maybe a good 10 minutes before the server hurriedly came over and took our drink order, saying she would be back to take our food order after she ran food. We waited and waited. Even checked the vehicle app, which said we had parked 42 minutes earlier. We put cash on the table and as we were walking out, the server suddenly appeared, apologizing for the wait, saying they were having ticket issues in the kitchen, and she forgot she had another table. Here we thought we had found a new place to be regulars at, that is right around the corner from our house, and I’m sure the food is great, but we never even got the chance to try it, and not sure if we would again.
UPDATE 1/25/26: The manager had reached out to us after our last experience, and invited us back so they could make it up to us. Tonight, we went back with my sister and brother-in-law to give this place one more chance. We had some cheese balls & the buffaloin with fries, and it was fantastic! Our server was attentive and very friendly! Props to the kitchen, and also the manager for getting to the bottom of our concern. We will be back!

Tried this long time establishment after seeing good reviews, two things that are important. I had the buffalo chicken tacos, not my typical choice. Fantastic, you have to try the sauce. Service was awesome, Heather took care of us. Not a fancy place, old worn out tablecloths, and so on. It’s a bar, you want great food I highly recommend, Five Stars!

Stopped by while traveling through and in town. Was told to try the Pork Tenderloin sandwich. Wow, 1 its huge, 2 it taste good, and 3 is very good priced. You can’t beat it for the price. I couldn’t even finish it. 2 people could eat it comfortably. Great recommendation.

My wife had the cajun jambalaya and I had the blackened catfish. Both were fantastic. I wish it was offered more often than just Mardi Gras.

Hometown bar serving hot food. Fair prices and cold beer. I had the fried chicken bowl, their version of a KFC bowl. Healthy portion, fresh food. Service was prompt.

Hands down one of best places for burgers and chicken sandwiches. Last time was there got a buffalo chicken sandwich and it tasted great and was pretty large. Went there on a Sunday so was not super busy. Atmosphere was nice. Prices reasonable. Yeah will definitely be back again.

The restaurant hides out in what seems a residential area and looks like a large house itself. Food was very good & service was perfect. Cozy dive bar feel with neon signs & music included greats like Queen, Steve Miller Band, Heart, etc. Would only improve the slippery floors & outdated bathrooms.

A friend accompanied me to Burlington to try a tenderloin that was highly recommended. The atmosphere was great, a smaller town pub, and local resident support. The facilities were clean and well organized. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The tenderloin lived up to its reputation! We had a fabulous lunch! Thank you!!

We live just a block from the Buff, so we often take out-of-town guests for dinner and drinks. Brandy and McKenzie have been (awesome) bartenders there since we moved to Burlington, and the staff turnover is next to zero. The beer selection is small but mighty. Craft beer enthusiasts will always find Pseudo Sue (a fave IPA of mine), Easy Eddy, and Exile’s Ruthie on tap. And of course there’s always Guinness, along with your mainstream common beers like Bud Light.
Great selection on the menu. If you want something other than pub grub, opt for one of the daily or weekly specials. I love Tuesday at the Buff because the hand-breaded Country Fried Chicken (served with green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy) is out-of-this-world fantastic! The hand-breaded tenderloin is one of the best I’ve ever had! Also an excellent choice from the main menu: Bang Bang Burger Melt, Western Bacon BBQ Burger (or get it as a wrap), and the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Vegan or gluten free? There is not much for you here, as the menu is primarily meat and fried food – but really good fried food.
