Had a Dave’s Double and Fries today. There is a McD and BK very close by. Those are very”ratchet”. This Wendy’s store is always calm and the food is to spec. Friendly staff, seems to be Adult Managed. Again, a huge contrast to the competition.

Visited drive thru around 8 a.m., the first week of May 2025. Lobby doesn’t open until 9 a.m. Greeted promptly by Williams or Wilson, and ordered one breakfast burrito.
I don’t like eating and driving, but couldn’t turn around back to a parking space. Burrito was great and enjoyed about seven minutes later.

On Tuesday September 30, 2025 me, my God moma and aunt visited the wendys in Fayetteville the food was warm, look like someone bit off one of the sandwiches and when we took it back. The employees and managers was laughing bout it. The employees don’t know how to talk to you in drive thru. We want be back here again.

Every single time I come here and ask for a plain and dry hamburger with no cheese and every single time I get a plain burger with cheese and I wouldnt even bother leaving a review if they didnt get an attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME I ask them to fix THEIR MISTAKE. I just went through the drive thru. Cashier didn’t know what a #10 was. When I got my order the fries and nuggets were thrown everywhere. Half my nuggets weren’t in the nugget box. The Asiago chicken ranch club had no bacon, ranch, or Swiss cheese. And they put pickles on it… cashier had an attitude and obviously didn’t want to talk. My soda was flat. There was no line it wasn’t busy no exception for not knowing your products or even customer service. Will never be back to this location and a waste of $15

This Wendy’s is basically running a social experiment: How long will people sit in their cars before giving up on life (and their Frosty)? Spoiler: 45 minutes.
I ordered online at 6:30 pm like a responsible adult. Showed up at 6:40, only two cars ahead of me. Easy, right? Wrong. They handed me my Frosty immediately (ah yes, the perfect appetizer — a cup of chocolate soup by the time food arrives) and told me to pull up and wait. Apparently, everyone else got the same treatment, so the parking lot turned into a sad little tailgate party where the theme was regret.
By the time my food arrived at 7:20 pm, I had the world’s saddest chocolate milk instead of a Frosty, and of course, the bag was missing the sauces and the very special spoon that apparently justifies this culinary robbery for the overpriced $10 “Wednesday” meal (which, let’s be honest, is just nuggets, fries, and a now-defrosted Frosty ). Had to flag someone down like I was hailing a cab just to get the basics. Ridiculous. It should not take 45 minutes to an hour to get “fast” food — especially a pick-up order that was placed in advance.
Shoutout to the polite young lady who brought my food out. She was sweet, but let’s be honest — if you’re working here, you deserve hazard pay and probably a medal. Clearly, she’s not the problem here, so I didn’t take my irritation out on her. I’m frustrated, not a heartless monster.
Bottom line: unless you enjoy melted Frosties, missing sauces, and the thrill of wondering if your food will ever arrive, maybe skip this Wendy’s.

My sister found mold on her bread. I called and the manager was very rude. Her exact words were “ma’am I make the food and I know I don’t got mold on my bread” I thought that was very rude and was not the right way to talk to any customer coming to you with a serious matter. Be so for real Wendy’s get it together!
