As a D.C. resident, I love seeing D.C.-born Five Guys across the country. This one looks like the original with peanuts for free and a sign that advertises where the potatoes come from for the fries. The burgers are two patties and big! The fries are always so much. It’s good, greasy food!

I went to pick up my food from 5 guys. They told me they didn’t have an order for me. I looked and I order at the wrong location. I asked if they could do anything for me. The manager said they would call the Tacoma Store (where I put the order in at the wrong location) and see what they could do. The manager states that they a the Tacoma store agreed that they could make the food at the Puyallup store and I would not have to pay for it again. I agreed to this. After they remade the food the manager said that I would have to repay for the food (not what they said before) and that they would call and have the Tacoma refund my order. (If they would have told me this at the start I would have gone to Tacoma and picked up the original food.) I paid for the order again. Once I paid for it the manager changed her word again and said I would have to call the Tacoma store and ask for a refund. This is multiple times that she lied to me. I called the Tacoma store and they said the would refund it and it would take 3-5 business days to get the refund. It has been 15 days and no refund. I called customer service and talked to Ashley. Tacoma never even put in the refund request. Ashely said she would send a request to the leadership. She was not very helpful and ended up hanging up on me. I would like a refund and to put in formal complaints against the managers at the Puyallup and Tacoma locations. The customer service at both places are far below acceptable.

Nothing beats 5 guys! I find the service can vary from locations but it’s never bad. If you want a fresh burger, fresh fries, you cannot beat it. We’ve eaten burgers from all over, from fancy to mcd’s… 5 guys is best.
Sometimes I don’t want meat so I’ll get the grilled cheese with peppers and mushrooms and it’s so good. Or just a vegetable sandwich. One of these days I’ll get the bun-less option. It looks delicious!

I didn’t know they were so reasonably priced. But you can feed two people for under 35 dollars. You really only need one large fry for about 3 people. And the Cajun is the way to go. Staff here are great too

Holy cow, these are good burgers! My son had the Little Cheeseburger and I had the regular Bacon Cheeseburger. We shared a medium Fries and both had a soda. The food was so fresh and delicious! Bonus fries in the bag and all the fresh fixin’s you could want on your burger! I know people freak over In-N-Out, but this place is WAY better!
Be sure to enjoy the free peanuts and throwing the shells on the floor. My son was astounded we were allowed to do it.

I’ve been to a few Five Guys and this is one of them. I only saw four guys working at the time but there were plenty of burgers and fries. SO MANY FRIES. It’s a little pricey, but the food is excellent.
