Food was good. Service was fast, and my salad tasted fresh, but the chicken was not cut through, so it was basically still on piece of chicken.
The sitting area is a bit cramped and small compared to most Braums.
Was a bit weird that one girl kept straight up yelling at the dude that was apparently supposed to be making shakes. I understand that maybe he wasnt doing what he was supposed to, but berating in front of customers isn’t good leadership, nor is it what customers what to hear while eating lunch. It was enough that my daughter and I stopped our conversation at least twice out of shock. I was embarrassed for them both.

am always greeted with a friendly employee and have never been made to feel like an inconvenience for visiting. They are accommodating and professional.
My food is always hot and tasty.
I usually just get a shake and fries, but they’re both usually perfect.

Love this Braum’s! They are our dinner hero’s often and it’s because their food is amazing and their ice cream is so good! I would occasionally take my boys here and eat inside for a fun experience as well. Staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. Also, their milkshakes are 10/10!

Traveling home to Tennessee, stopped for a bacon egg bagel. Worst breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. Dry, bland hard and old. Ick. Very disappointing.

Hands down best braums! I have eaten lunch here every day for the past 2 weeks consistently good food fries fresh and food comes out fast always have plenty of time to eat and get to work the 2 lady’s up front know who we are and always friendly they need recognition love this location!

We took my 95yo mother there for a Mother’s Day outing. Someone proactively came and opened the door for us. It was a worker named Julie. She and 2 others filled our order. Julie made sure we were well taken care of. We sat in the small dining area and had a fantastic time. The entire staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Braum’s ice cream is always great, and this place is a new favorite for spending time with my mother.

Generally not a very clean restaurant, service subpar. On this particular visit, I ordered a banana split. Strawberry, hot fudge and marshmallow. Not a particulary tough order. She made me a chocolate and hot fudge one. So I said it wasn’t what I ordered. The woman sighed, turned around and slam dunked the banana split in the trash can like she was Kevin Durant trying to dunk the winning shot. Mad at me because I had the audacity to expect what I ordered. How inconsiderate of me! At least in the end, I got something that somewhat resembled what I ordered.
REVISION:
I’m here to revise my review, 6 years later. After years of being dirty and run down with subpar service, somebody who cares is FINALLY in charge. The service the past several times I’ve been in has been great! The place is really clean and the I’m changing from 1 star to 5!
