the food was super good! extremely delicious. We went for lunch and there were a lot of people so the server wasn’t super attentive and we had to wait for a long period of time to place our order, but it’s u understandable with the amount of people there inside and outside. I got the enchiladas and they were steaming and so good! You can tell it was super stress. The chips and salsa were also so good, so addicting My family got the fish and shrimp tacos also a 10/10. I loved the food and will definitely come back.

Best of Manayunk! This festive spot is a Manayunk classic for happy hour, date night, girls night, you name it. I’ve always had incredible service when I’ve come.

Food: 3
Service: 5 (always a great experience!!)

Highlights:
– Outdoor seating is dog friendly!
– Fun bar scene and interesting drinks
– Festive, dark interior! Good for dates when you don’t want to see their face.
– Chips and salsa/guac are great snacks

Notes:
– The food is only “ok”. Not the best Mexican food I’ve ever had but it gets the job done. Come for the drinks and vibes!

The food is very good here. Depending on the day parking can be tricky. You definitely have to pay for parking majority of the time. The servers are very nice, however, whenever you are ready to pay the check, they will be nowhere to be found.

The food is flavorful, and the drinks are very good. This is a place I would return multiple times. It’s a mix crowd, but majority white. However, it is very welcoming still.

The food is absolutely delicious. One of the best Mexican restaurants. However, the service is poor and they’re not open late enough for that late night craving, even though they are also a bar. If they were open later and had fast friendly service than I would give 5 stars.

This is the restaurant where we ultimately decided to dine after our walk from the trail earlier. Despite passing by it many times before, this was my first opportunity to step inside. What a delightful place with a vibrant atmosphere and friendly people. I will include a menu in the photos, although the quality may not be the best due to my limited photography skills. However, the food was truly exceptional.

The black bean soup was perfectly balanced with beans, broth, spice, and cilantro. I skipped the sour cream due to my dairy-free diet. We also ordered the cauliflower taco but requested it to be vegan by omitting the dressing and opting for a lemon vinaigrette instead. It featured cauliflower, red chili, garbanzo, bean purée, avocado, cucumber, and tomatoes, typically served with honey lime yogurt dressing. Everything was made fresh from scratch and undoubtedly one of the best tacos I have ever had.

Next, we tried the Korean barbecue broccoli taco, which included broccoli, kimchi, black bean purée, and a sambal vinaigrette. The freshness of the ingredients shone through, including the flavorful vinaigrettes. It should come as no surprise that our city is home to some of the best restaurants, and this one stood out for its exceptional service and food quality.

In addition to the delicious food, they offered lunch specials at a reasonable price of $12.95. This included a choice of two soups or salads, along with an entrée. In today’s economy, this kind of value is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend dining here for good food, friendly atmosphere, and excellent value.

As a couple that goes out food tasting all over the east coast this is Wi-Fi one of the worst taco places ever the food is not authentic cheese is not melted, and the food is definitely microwaved
The price of the food is not matching the quality!
Overall, the place is nice. The scenery is great and the service was OK. My overall honest opinion is you can find great tasting authentic Mexican food elsewhere, and pay a fraction of the cost..this was our first and last time

If I could give ten stars I would. Emily made the best margarita I’ve ever had in my life, I practically fell over. I couldn’t get a photo before I sucked the whole thing down. She is an artist in her craft. Give this place a chance, let this woman cook. 100/10

We visited on Sunday(7/6/2025) around 1pm. Very very friendly and attentive staff. The indoor decoration is pretty cool. The food is awesome – try the breakfast burrito or brisket tacos (you can choose between corn tortillas and rice bowl for their tacos). Highly recommended for anybody visiting Manayunk. Pictured: brisket tacos (rice bowl), breakfast burrito, restaurant interior.
