They can’t seem to get the order correct. I told them the screen was incorrect, took a couple minutes for them to get me the correct total, the screen was still incorrect. Then they gave double the good. I let them know and they corrected it. Today I added a large coffee, I asked for equal the screen said sugar. I let them know the screen was not right , they said they changed. Got to work and coffee was black. This is not the first time. I normally let it go but I feel

Personally, I do not care for McDonald’s food. It’s almost like eating a petroleum byproduct. The only reason I come here is because of my grandkids. Not saying that some people don’t love the place. It’s just not my cup of tea.

I came through the driveway Sat Oct 25th. We want to applaud an AMAZING employee they have! His name is Payton Johnson. He was extremely friendly, smiled, very well mannered. Even when he was told they couldn’t make our shakes because the machine was down he stayed calm. He spoke with manager and was able to offer us something else in place of it. When he brought it out to our car he apologized and continued to be very respectful and we’ll mannered using sir and ma’am the whole time. And he did it all with a smile on his face the entire time! You don’t see this kind of pride in work or the manners in many fast food places so it was very refreshing to have Payton that day! He definitely deserves a BIG pat on the back and recognition for this. We will definitely go back and hope Payton is there when we do!

We went through the drive-thru for fries and an iced coffee, and ended up also ordering a BigMac as well. We were told at the pickup window that we needed to pull over and wait for the french fries. We waited 10 minutes to receive warm (not hot), soggy, unsalted fries. The iced caramel coffee was good and the BigMac was fine. But when you have to wait for fresh fries they should at least be hot and crisp.

i literally had a guy tell me i couldn’t get a free cup of water lol that’s how rude they are at this one. i had to ask the nicer lady at the second window. plus they constantly get my order wrong, which i guess i shouldn’t complain about when i’m getting free $40 worth of food but i want the food i ordered. a lot of times the food is old/cold and if you order anything besides a drink be prepared to be pulled up for 10+ minutes while everyone else around you gets their food. i do mobile orders to AVOID this and they make me pull up to wait 20 minutes after my food should be done. overall the one further by the biloxi bridge or the one on highway 90 are MUCH better. i wouldn’t give your business to this one.

Seems like they purposely make people pull into the waiting parking spots to make it look like they are keeping the service fast , they made me park for a big Mac while nobody was behind me in line , then probably 1 minute later brought my food out, very inconvenient and a way for them to scam their drive-thru service and look good for the big boss

The girl at the serving window today (Oct 19th) around 6pm was rude as hell. I could tell it was a short staffed night bc the guy from the first window was helping her and i didnt see anyone else. The guy was nice but this girl when she handed me my shake and my food she was pushing it towards me so rudely and when I said thank you (trying to be nice) she just looked at me like I was dumb And didn’t say anything. Wondering if it’s short staffed bc of a girl like her. props to that guy for working around her with a horrible attitude. I will be going to the other one McDonald’s or somewhere else to eat for now on. Also the fries were soggy so I’m not sure what was going on w that but 4/5 on food. And 1/5 on service.

Garbage all over floor and counter. Didn’t have items I wanted. Managers would not give me their names. After taking pics I was told to leave. I would say even if they are short staffed McDonald’s needs to do better than hiring these two managers who are maybe early20s but nevermind that. Unprofessional and dirty place. Don’t go there. I’m contacting people I know at headquarters about this for sure. Plus before I went in the restaurant if you want to call a dirty place that, I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. I know they don’t make a lot of money but I go to get fast clean service with items I want. Not rudeness and immaturity. I go maybe once a year but it’s always a bad experience. If I can give negative stars I would.
