Wow!! I’m overly impressed with my visit at this Chili’s location on a Valentine’s Day. Plan was to visit the outlets for shopping but wifey was hungry so chili’s was the option. Wasn’t very busy at all. Seated and server took our order and within 10min if not less all of our food came piping hot I might add. Never had service and food this fast down in the McAllen and surrounding area. And cuz of that food tasted much better. Fajitas on the skillet definitely precooked but hey I’m not expecting it to be freshly made but still was delicious. Mexican chicken bowl filling and great. I’m still in shock after eating and leaving. Good Job!!!

Great place but what you need to know. Restrooms out of hand soap & broken, Air vents full of mold & dust, restroom floor was clean. Table clean, Straws for our drinks never arrived as well as No napkins. Arrived once we asked

Asking for another beer is like pulling teeth. Not sure why these bartenders are hit and miss. The manager could do a better job overlooking the bar also. A couple of customers at the bar needed refills. But of course he was in on the chisme with the employees too. O well.

I always order to go so the experience it’s very different than dining in. I order from this Chilis every single week. The food is always good.
I cannot comment on the cleaning, service or restaurant atmosphere but I can tell you that the food is always fresh, never got sick… But the tip suggestion is INCORRECT! They are aware and of course they will not fix it.
My favorite is the 3 for $11. Upgrade to the shrimp pasta and oh lord! Comes with drink (nonalcoholic), appetizer and main dish. Depending on dish you may get a side, I highly recommend corn on the cob.
