to begin I’ve been to this McDonald’s before and things have been missing and I drove off and I just let it be. I have worked in a restaurant so I hate to be annoying. However, today I checked my bag before I left therefore, I would be able to know if I need something. Like before there was something missing. It was only one sauce so I asked can I have that sauce? The response I got was Disrespectful to a customer. I was always told at my job to be respectful. Then, as I’m walking to fill up my soda, I hear the lady who handed it to me in a blue shirt Going on and on about how she’s done with giving people free, sauces and how people need to start paying for them. However, I did pay for my sauce. It was just forgotten. It’s not in my bag. I tell the lady I did pay for the sauce. You just forgot it and she ignores me and it’s just yelling and going on and on behind the counter. I can hear her from the soda machine. It’s plain disrespectful to accuse a customer of lying when you’re the person who forgot the food. I tried to walk back up and resolve things so she didn’t have a bad shift because I understand that and she was gone. So she can’t even apologize to the customer that she freaked out on for absolutely no reason. If I did that at my old job, I would get consequences. Not sure about how McDonald’s works. this is my lunch break for work that I’m spending money on here so I would appreciate respect and only respect when that’s what I’m giving the workers. I have never been disrespectful so I don’t get why I would deserve that in return. I was getting spoken to like I was her child or her friend. I probably will try to avoid that place even though that’s where I go for almost all my lunch breaks so you’ll lost a customer because of your worker think about that. And just an FYI, this is the first bad review I’ve ever wrote in my whole entire life. Because the lady actually was yelling at me during my work break. She’s old she’s cranky and she deserves to be fired. All the young customers in there have been nothing but kind to me. Maybe she’s too old to be working. Here’s evidence of my ONE hot honey I asked for. There should be two if i was lying and still got it.

If I could give negative stars, I would. THIS IS UNCALLED FOR. I ordered a two cheeseburger meal, and asked for no meat. This is what they gave me. The cheese still has meat on it, they literally just scraped it off the meat with their freaking fingers and thought that this was acceptable to do. Are you freaking kidding me. It’s not like McDonald’s is cheap , I could go other places that have better food if they’re going to do some crap like this. I’m highly ticked off and would like management to get ahold of me.

This McDonald’s was quick. Although the food we ordered was hot and fresh and of a better quality than most, the cashier wasn’t knowledgeable about the Mobile App, and didn’t give me part of my order.

The lady working at the front counter during breakfast is completely rude. We ordered at the kiosk and as soon as the order went through she started yelling how nobody can cook for themselves and that the customers are lazy and they all need to go away.

Pulled up to the double drive through. Went to the outside lane and was ignored as 3 customers were helped at the opposite speaker, so i drove all the way around to get in line at the “working speaker” i pulled up to be ignored again while they helped the customer at the original( what i thought didn’t work) speaker. I was finally helped at the drive through to get a rude welcoming while paying for my food. I then get my food and it’s wrong. I can’t take this McDonald’s anymore ! McDonald’s at all south Jersey locations have failed. Haven’t gotten a good experience in at least 5 years.

This place needs to get there crap together, i ordered two big breakfast. I get to the window and the person gave me the orange juice and said my meal wasn’t ready yet and to pull up to the next window. When I sitting there a girl asks what I’m waiting for and I told her. Then a another women comes to the window and tells me my order almost got given to someone else cause I was at the wrong window, when I told her an employee told me to pull up she was arguing with me and talking over me. I told the women thank you and have a nice day and pulled off clearly McDonalds was wrong here smh.

BUT, this specific McDonald’s staff is above average, if in nothing else than in, at least, seeming to be genuinely pleasant, smiling, and even engaging. Makes the fries that much more tasty.

There$ 7 dollar double cheese burger medium fry 4 chicken tenders. MC DONALD’S ruined there chain my double cheeseburger didn’t have minced onions but hole onions the meat has so much grease from 10 burgers that it looks like someone spit that’s the second time I threw out first burger the frys soggy and small in paper not medium in cardboard like picture the only thing edible was the 4 chicken nuggets& the small soda not medium like picture The restaurant smells like old grease and everything feels like it also i can’t believe that they destroyed this chain the only way you will save this restaurant is get rid of those storage warmers i have to eat grease from 10 burgers will not work not at any price it looks like spit. Fresh to order was better and waiting for fresh food not my old 4 hour greased food only i guess not the service fought but for small cup not medium .

The food was at room temp definitely sitting out for 10+ minutes. The short bowl cut lady was the rudest creature I’ve ever spoke to. Treated me as if I wasn’t supposed to be ordering from the front counter and like I couldn’t comprehend her burger skills, the food I was given was smooshed literally and cold but I still ate it. But that lady was so rude and edgy treating everything as if it wasn’t her fault. I asked her how much the sauce was she told me and I said ok just ketchup and told me she had to start over I told her “yeah good” as she should. What a snarky remark this woman or whatever it was should be immediately fired and never aloud to work in the fast food industry again. Worst McDonald’s location, worst employee, worst food.
