I’ve given this Taco Bell more chances than I should have, and each visit between 12–2am has been consistently disappointing. The staff is shockingly rude—no greeting, no words, just tossing the food out the window and staring in a way that feels intentionally uncomfortable. It’s bizarre and unsettling.

The last two times I ordered, the food tasted off—almost like it had been contaminated with cleaning chemicals. I couldn’t eat it, and both $11 meals went straight to the trash. It’s not just me—others have reported similar issues, and it’s genuinely concerning. The owner needs to look into this.

Last night, my soft taco had no meat. The time before, I placed an online order and was told they didn’t have meat or cheese to fulfill it—but couldn’t offer a refund or substitute. That was the final straw. Something is seriously off at this location, and I won’t be returning.

Went threw drive threw the cashier was hostile about order placed. Read order back to us gave him the money bill was 22.25 upon giving him 23 dollars he counted it out loud upon finishing count of money gave a big ugh and slammed window shut. Asked for mild sauce a window and basically reached hand inside car window and dropped in forcefully in hand and proceeded to slam window shut again.

Placed an order and they stated I can’t order anything since they are out of beef. When asked if they had anything else to make they said they had beef and everything else in stock, but due to them closing soon they weren’t going to put anything else out. We arrived 30-40 minutes before they closed. Don’t say you’re open until 3AM if you are not willing to serve customers until that time. I’d understand if I got there with only 10-15 minutes before closing, but refusing to serve customers just because you don’t want to put product back out is very irresponsible in my opinion. Never have issues with this location usually, but this experience alone really turned me away from coming here anymore if they’d rather make their close slightly more convenient than to serve customers during open hours.

I have been a loyal customer of this location for a very long time but the past two trips were the worst service I’ve ever had. The past two trips my order was made incorrectly, the first I went back and even when remaking it they continued to make it wrong. The last time it was made wrong when I came back I was told by the employee that she made it herself and she ‘knew’ she didn’t put anything wrong on it even though I was looking at it and she definitely had. I told her that she could look at it and see but she said, and I quote, “Whatever, I don’t care.” I have never had such bad customer service before and I am absolutely appalled. (I asked for no sour cream or tomato which you can see from the pictures attached were used)

Bought a mini taco salad without beans, chipotle sauce(allergic), and add sour cream however, I never said no meat, but that’s what happened Was good over all just wish there had been meat like there is suppose to be.

Worst Taco Bell food I have ever had. The Mexican Pizza tasted like some burnt chemical was mixed in the beans. The crispy chicken taco was just a soggy, oily flat thing. I literally just threw it all away it was the first time I have ever ordered Taco Bell and I couldn’t eat it, it was just that bad.

Update: 8/23/2025.
Went back a month later and still the same. Mexican pizza tastes like burnt oil and soap. Just awful food at this location. Avoid!

Ordered crunchy tacos with light lettuce. Everyone of them had exactly 1 piece of lettuce. Pretty sure someone had to be acting sarcastic because Half the amount of lettuce that’s usually on there would be considered “light” and one piece is definitely not half.
(scroll photos you’ll know which one is mine) and all the shells were cracked in half as well. Your prices are way too high to be acting childish with my food. If you don’t like your job, go find something else. your customers are the only reason you’re getting a paycheck.
