So I had ordered via Door dash for my order on March 19th and I want to go on ahead and apologize for just now posting this review, but I do not know who completed my order at the store but they did not read my instructions at all. I specifically asked for no pickles or tomatoes on my sandwich and for there to be mayo, ketchup, mustard, onions, lettuce and cheese, literally everything except for tomatoes and pickles, the picture below will tell you how much they listened to my instructions. I loved the Culver’s in Murray, KY and typically I have no issues with Culver’s but this just threw me for an absolute loop. I hope you will do better Culver’s of Paducah. The burger itself was also cold when it arrived to me so that was a bummer as well.

This is the WORST Culver’s location I have EVER been to period. This has happened to me twice now. I order two Concrete Mixers and get pulled up. Multiple cars behind me received their orders before me including orders that had food and ice cream! I had to ask a worker to check on my order after waiting for 10 Minutes and was brought out this Soupy Mess! So disappointed and will not return to this location in the future.

This was by far the worst chicken sandwich ive ever had. I did not go back to the counter with my displeasure. Mainly because i was on crutches. So they did not get an opportunity to respond. I got the spicy chicken sandwich. I took a bite and it was like..what the crap! My second bit i took on opposite side thinking that portion was just bad. Nope horrible period. When looking at my bite. It appeared that there were very thin sliced chicken breaded then another very thinly sliced breaded piece. Then they both were breaded together and fried. It was absolutely nasty. Worst experience ive ever had at Culvers. All other were very positive. Wished i had taken pic but i didnt.

Culver’s in Paducah is always clean and welcoming with a friendly staff that makes you feel valued. The burgers and cheese curds are fresh and delicious, and the frozen custard is a highlight. Service can slow during busy hours, but overall it’s a great dining choice.

Worst meal at Culver’s we have ever had! Manager needs replaced. The oil was definitely dirty, just look at how awful the onion rings were. Burgers were sad. Meat was thinner than the tomatoes! Ticket was still $50, so I really feel ripped off. If we weren’t starving when the food was delivered to the table, I would have just sent it back and demanded a refund. So disappointing because we have visited other Culver’s and they have never disappointed us. This meal was so bad, I will be contacting corporate to complain. Only thing that was descent were the pretzel balls. The entire rest of the meal was so bad, even our youngest noticed it was sub par. Do yourself a favor and go, ANYWHERE else.

Burgers are top notch. No complaints what so ever. Tried the fish however. Was surprised when I peeled off the batter to find that my fried fish still had skin on it. All of the skin on it. Picked around it but was still 100% not what I expected when I ordered it. Never had fried fish that way. Wont again if I can help it.
