This McDonald’s really got on my bad side. I pull into the Mobile parking and placed my order. It gave me a code to go thru the drive thru, but the line was wrapped around the store, backed up bad. My granddaughter went in the location first to pick up our order, but they turned her away. I went in and I had to get the guy attention for him to tell me he can’t get my food cause he is working the front inside orders. He wouldn’t even get someone to help me. I’m holding my phone in air asking for help. Two female employees came from around the corner and didn’t even look my way. Then another female with more items on her uniform came the opposite way heading back to the kitchen. I said loudly can you help me. I don’t know what she said, because she never stopped walking, nodded her head. I heard them say about 15 minutes later “the lady is inside waiting for this order”. I shouted “I’ve been standing right here. They brought it from around that corner and called out the order then placed in the section for order pick ups. I was standing right there looking. The sprite was already there, so that was someone else’s drink now thinking back. Well he turned around and just walked away. When I left, the drive thru line had diminished. The cars were all gone except one at the drive thru window. MY Mocha FRAPPE ice was melting so it was WATERED DOWN with WHIP CREAM SHRINKING AND THE NUGGETS WERE COOL. I was NOT going back in there. THIS means my FOOD WAS JUST SITTING BACK THERE READY THE WHOLE TIME I WAS STANDING IN THE FRONT. This has been my worst experience.

was there two days ago, I ordered the food, and everything was completely ruined, and the bread was all burnt, very bad. I went back today and told them about it, but they didn’t give me anything back or offer to replace it. They just told me to take something else, saying they always do it like that. This was maybe 10 mins ago. This is worst McDonalds I’ve been to in ages. I don’t eat fast food often, so the sandwich was kind of a treat, but man I messed up ordering it here. It wasn’t busy and there were no cars ahead or behind. It’s a double drive through, but both in the same single line(?) and ofc I didn’t see the one ahead of me just the first one I stopped at. I waited. No one even acknowledged me. Noticed there was a second. Pull up and the lady barks at me asking about using the mobile ap. I said no- silence. Didn’t ask me for my order or to go ahead. I hesitantly order 2 things. She doesn’t read it back. Just barked “is that all?” I said yes, she said pull around. I paid she never told me the amount, no thank you or anything. Pulled up to second window. Girl practically throws my food at me, says nothing. Waited for a straw, she opens the window hands it to me without looking at me, and I said thank you and she ignored me and shut the window. The sandwich is overcooked, dry, and rubbery- and to tie all of this up in a bow, the smoothie is only part way full. Please please please do better. Management please pay attention to what’s going on in your locations and train your staff better. Maybe hire better people? I very rarely write reviews, but his was such an awful experience I had to say something. ♀️

Against my better judgment, I gave them yet another chance. I’ve lost count how many times now. And yes… once again, they disappointed me, they let me down.
Ordered well done, got some. Extra onions, got none. Asked for light mayo, got a ghost. No mustard, they nailed it! But they did bless me with a half-baked patty. Do you see any onions, or is this a magic trick?
From now on, any changes to the sandwich? Better to just do it yourself.

This service at McDonald’s was very unprofessional. I arrived around 7:50 p.m. to get food for myself and my daughter. I placed an online order for pickup, but when I arrived, one of the workers stated that the inside was closed. I’m not sure how the inside could be closed at 7:58 p.m. when the store is listed as being open until midnight.
I understand that North Carolina was expecting a snowstorm, but there was no snow or hazardous weather at the time. There was no valid reason for the store to be closed. When I went to the door and explained that I needed to use the restroom, the employee did not have the decency or respect to allow me to use the restroom, even though I had my 2-year-old child with me.
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. My mobile was received and then they canceled my order, and the food was never made, despite the store still being open and operating. What was most frustrating is that the mobile app allowed me to place and pay for my order, yet instead of serving me through the drive-thru, the staff canceled my order—even though the food was for myself and my hungry 2 year old child.
I hope corporate sees this complaint, because this experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s.

Absolutely terrible service. People talking to their friends instead of helping customer there for food. The soda initially ordered was out went to get a different drink and the guy was picking his nose and coughing in his hand and fondelling my lid with the same hand. Bad to wait for forever to get someone to acknowledge I was there before getting the drink changed in the first place then didnt drink it because they’re nasty here. Don’t recommend coming here ever. I used to come on occasion through the drive thru but I definitely won’t be back to this location again. Also the owner asks you to do a link but I cant reply to him or her to tell them the link works but it says it can’t find that store even when it puts the store number in. Fix you stuff mcdonalds

This McDonalds is ridiculous. First of all there should not be a “rule” where there is only 3 pickup orders per car. I pull in and they inform me and I am already on a time crunch and they make me pull around. I opt to go inside thinking that would be quicker. There is a line so I go to the side window and ask for my pickup order as it has been ready. The lady then told me I would have to wait in like like everyone else which i went and did. When I finally got up to line she went to check on my order and took 10 minutes and then proceeded to just fill up drinks for people. I finally get the attention of another lady and she grabbed my food. Service was ridiculous and took beyond to long.

I’ve ordered food a few times from here and every time most of the order is messed up. Ordered chicken nuggets and they gave us old chicken nuggets, none of the sauce we ordered, and instead of sweet tea we were given watered down lemonade. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before and it’s not hard to get an order right.

Went to get my order, they left off two big breakfast meals. When I went back to get it they had an attitude about getting my order. This hasn’t been the first time nor will probably be the last time but the employees there are extremely rude, they never get your order right and it doesn’t matter whether it’s the morning crew or the evening crew. I used to work at McDonald’s a long time ago. The service here is really, really bad. I won’t return ever again. The phone number that they post for you to call and state an issue, they don’t call back either. So don’t waste your time at all visiting this particular McDonald’s.

Continuing to sell product when it’s “defective” lunch rush going through the line and selling sod without carbonation. No mention. Just giving customers flat syrup water. Had to take them back in, assuming they were unaware. Manager confirmed they are aware and out of CO2. Asked what I wanted. A refund and to tell customers as they are ordering that you aren’t of sodas. She walked away returned with $4 cash and told me to throw mine away. Again…. Tell the people you’re out, communicate with your customers, it’s that’s simple.
