My son and I had a nice lunch at Fazoli’s today. The staff were very polite and friendly. I got the Baked Ziti and really liked it. The pasta was nicely cooked and the meat sauce was very flavorful. My son really enjoyed his Fettuccine Alfredo. And, to top it off we had a nice plate of breadsticks. It wasn’t too loud, even though a lot of people started coming in after we got our food. Overall it was very nice for something called “Fast Food Italian”. We would, definitely, visit again.

Daily specials. Nice simple food.

Another got a chicken fettuccine ravioli with a salad.
I did have a question about the loss of a diet drink on the Pepsi machine. It seemed to say that it would be back in the year 2029 ??

Received wrong order when I first picked up. Called the restaurant when I reached home and they didn’t attend the call.
Next day I decided to do a takeout again but here we go, not enough sauce on my pasta, and completely missed the cheese. The staff was enjoying laughing behind the counter and I am sure they did this intentionally to my (and many other’s) food. Last few visits have been so messed up. I might never come back to Fazoli’s for the experience they are offering these days.
How can you eat a boiled bowl of pasta with 2 spoons of sauce and they charged you more than $13 for it.

This Fazoli’s has been over the top wonderful every time I have been here. The customer service cannot be beat. The staff at this location are always so nice and so attentive. They make you feel welcome and they are on top of cleanliness inside the restaurant. The food is hot and accurate. The pepperoni pizza had cheese under the pepperoni pieces and on top of them too! That made for an excellent bite. The new garlic chicken ravioli was out of this world good. I really hope they keep it on the menu. The Chicken Parmesan was great per usual. The portion sizes were large, especially for the price. They had to go boxes in the cafe ready for customers who dined in to grab when they were ready if they needed it and I really liked how convenient that was. The condiment bar was stocked up, organized, and clean. I really cannot suggest this Fazoli’s location enough if you’re looking for a quick Italian meal on the cheap. They are amazing here and I hope upper management knows just how wonderful the staff is here!

Erica, was the most wonderful Fazoli’s employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! She was kind, friendly and accommodating. Any restaurant experience for me begins with customer service, and she’s top notch! I didn’t catch the name of the young man who served us our food, but he was also very kind and professional. The food was delicious and they both continued to check on us and other customers and truly cared about our dining experience. Thank you for your excellent service!!!!!

This is my second time visiting this restaurant. I can now say it’s my favorite recently, because I’ll definitely be coming back. I loved the food, I loved the place, and I loved the staff. They are all wonderful, especially Rebecca, who is the best. She made it easy for me to choose the right meals for me with excellent and fast customer service
