Food was decent! Not the best pho I’ve ever had though (coming from a Vietnamese). The broth is a bit lackluster and tastes watered down. I’d prefer it to be more flavorful with beef bones and such but the broth is clear and not oily at all so that’s a plus.

Pho was amazing, without a doubt one of the best places in the area. However, there is not an ounce of customer service & do not expect a refill. The prices are very reasonable, however it is a cash only spot. Overall not a place I would return to, but if you are strictly looking for good bowl of pho without focusing on the service it’s worth giving it a try!

When we walked in to this restaurant, we couldn’t believe it was a Vietnamese restaurant. The atmosphere was not good with bad smell, unclean tables and chairs. The customer service was terrible. No greeting, no courtesy, no smiles. The servers acted like they did not want to work here, and their faces looked angry. We did not want to touch the menu because it was greasy. The servers were not polite but very rude.
We ordered noodle soups. The taste was ok. The Vietnamese coffee was not good at all. I couldn’t drink the whole small cup.
This is the second Pho 75 restaurants that we have tried in NOVA. We definitely won’t come back.

Cash only. The pho is outstanding, easily making this spot the gold standard for pho in the DMV area. You can order drip coffee with your pho, but there are no other side items on the menu—yet the pho alone is more than enough. Don’t expect much in terms of décor or service; they keep it simple and efficient. Once you order, the pho arrives quickly. Enjoy.

OG Pho place. If your Vietnamese, and your family been here after the 70s then you know Pho 75. This isn’t one your fancy fine dinning Pho restaurant but straight to the point..eat, relax and get out, next group! The soup broth is rich and has depth compared to those fancier places, doesn’t charge extra for hình Trần Đức béo. Recommend coming before or after the lunch rush, and before the dinner rush. Has decent amount of parkings and enough table, but at peak hours you may still have to wait a bit for a table. Quality Pho, cash only though!

If you care a lot about service, you wouldn’t enjoy this place. But if you like pho for a good price, it would be worth it to come here.
Like a lot of the other reviews, the staff is efficient at what they do but they don’t care for any pleasantries. The Pho came out quickly after we ordered even though the restaurant was packed on a weekday afternoon. After that, our waiter never checked in with us again.
The pho itself tasted good and had big portions. Meat quality was decent as well. They do use good amount of MSG that I can taste.
Be sure to bring cash for when you pay at the register! Otherwise you will have to use their ATM.

We visited the Fairfax location of Pho 75 two days ago.
The food itself was average, and the soup was not hot enough.
The portion of Thai basil provided was also quite small, noticeably less than what is usually given at the Rockville location.
Right after the staff handed us the menu, he came back in about 10 seconds and asked us to order.
My husband was still reading the menu and deciding, and the staff started tapping his pen on the table impatiently.
While we were eating, another staff member stood right next to my husband to refill chopsticks in the container at our table, instead of doing it from a distance or waiting until we finished.
When we paid in cash at the counter and were getting ready to leave, the manager loudly said something along the lines of “tip” twice.
I felt that they barely provided any real service at all, so openly demanding a tip was very inappropriate.
Although I did not feel the service warranted a tip, I still left $2 on the table.
After we walked out, my husband told me that while I was putting on my coat and didn’t see it, the manager also made a hand gesture indicating counting money.
I have never experienced a restaurant openly demanding tips from customers like this.
Tips should be voluntary and based on service quality.
Based on this experience, I would not return to this location.
If you are sensitive to basic courtesy and service standards, this place may not be a good fit for you.

Great food for the cold weather. The broth was flavorful. Place was packed even an hour before closing. Cash only, so make sure you bring enough money to pay at the cash register after you eat. One of the bowls they brought out to my table of 4 was wrong and they insisted they were right, but we still took it anyways – still yummy, just not what the person who got it wanted (different meat toppings). The staff and the restaurant feel like very authentic Vietnamese.

Best pho in town. Don’t expect 5 star level of customer service when you come here—bring cash, know what you want before you sit down, and have a great bowl of pho at a very reasonable price. This isn’t fine dining. I order to-go on the weekends because the dine-in line is long then.
