I’m very pleased with the staff; Julian and Liliana provided an outstanding service, maintained themselves busy providing their best customer service to the people that kept coming in. Also the place was immaculate (spotless) every so often they came out to maintain the restaurant and restrooms clean.

The water used to mix with the soda syrup it’s from the city supply, it’s normal if the filters have changed regularly accord to the manufacturers recommendations, if not…. as in the case of this branch, I will give one star only ⭐ !!!! The taste it’s a tube water with giant flavor on the background….
Mc Donald’s corporate may have the way to check regularly the conditions if the stores according to the franchise contract.
On this case, this store it’s out of my choice.

I’ve ordered from this specific location various times, and each time they carelessly pack my order, leaving out items I specifically paid extra for. No matter what time of day it is, something is always messed up

Terrible service, I placed an order in person and it took more than 30 minutes to be ready and when I got home items were missing from the order, we were very dissatisfied with the service, the snack they delivered was a disaster and the potatoes were soggy and crushed. I was at a loss because I didn’t get the correct items. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Wow, this McDonald’s today was amazing. I guess Bella, who is in charge keeping everyone up on their toes service was phenomenal. She walked around and checked on us to see if we needed anything else and one of the workers even brought me butter for my muffin after she bought my tray to the table, it was so weird the people sitting behind me even ordered extra food from the table. Pretty hard being across from a diner.

This McDonalds has recently underwent renovation on its interior, and I have to say, it is great. I visited about last week and not even 5 minutes after my order was placed I got my food. The waitress was kind and I had a good experience.

Absolutely horrible! I placed my order via the drive-thru clear and concise. I requested easy tartar and whoever made the sandwich thought shenanigans was the way to go. Where is the maturity? This was my first and last visit.

I understand that this is a fast food cafe. And it seems like – what do you want for that kind of money?! But guys, it seems to me that the oil for French fries needs to be changed more often! The smell of bitter old oil is all over the street. And the potatoes they gave me were clearly not freshly cooked. The potatoes were heated up. This is unacceptable. You like to poison yourself – poison yourself.

I showed up and ordered a quarter bacon cheeseburger meal with a mcchicken and a small fry. The person that was suppose to give me my order stared and asked for my receipt just to forget to give me my medium fries that came with the meal. I am very upset about this !

This McDonald’s has horrible management including the general manager and owner. Absolutely no accountability and horrible customer service on their part. This chain has some nice employees who are very friendly but I can’t say the same for the managers. Horrible management at store level and above. 0/5 stars
