This is one of the best Applebee’s I’ve been to. The food is excellent, the portions are generous, the prices are fair, and service is quick and attentive. We had steaks, ribs, a hamburger, and chicken bites, and they were all delicious and served hot.
The only odd thing is that when you use a credit card to pay, you have to go to the machine next to the bar. The waitress was so quick with the payment that I didn’t have a chance to give her a well-deserved tip. It’s time to get those terminals that can go to the table.

Well either I’m stupid or they are.. I ordered a catering of coleslaw mashed potatoes and riblets and 2 kids meals for 107$…they’re saying the rib meal doesn’t come with the sides unless I separately order them. But says when you order the ribs they come with it…so why’s it say I had 7 total items on the boxes? Definitely didn’t get 7/7 items

Great casual dining option while driving from Niagara Falls to NYC, making it a desirable spot for the first break, or last if you’re heading back, as it’s right before Corning. Staff was friendly and attentive (Jessica was great), making sure my visit was enjoyable. Menu offered a wide variety of comfort food selections, something for everyone. I enjoyed the shrimp with grilled chicken and 4 cheese pasta. For 2 persons the best deal is to get combo for $25/$28/$31 that would include an appetizer and an entrée. Overall, a good experience for a relaxing dinner with reasonable prices.

Stopped in to Applebee’s for the first time in probably 20 year because it was next to the new Tesla Supercharger in Corning NY. The atmosphere was what you would expect for restaurant chain of this tier. The staff was very friendly. The food however left a bit to be desired. I ordered the 8 oz Bourbon Street steak medium rare, and a tall Southern Tier IPA. The beer was fine but the meal was a bit off. The steak was cooked correctly but the consistency was just weird, almost like it was fake. I appreciate a really good steak and wouldn’t expect that necessarily at an Applebee’s, but this didn’t even meet that expectation. The mashed potatoes were thin and watery tasting like they were instant out of a box. Not the worst meal I’ve ever had, but there are definitely other chains that do it far, far better. ♂️

A surprisingly disappointing and frustrating experience. They took longer to get us the drinks than to get us 5x different hot meals, one of the deinks was wrong and took a other while to get the right one. Then our waiter disappeared for more than 20’ and we had to ask 3x different times for new drinks and all we got as an answer was “we’ll let your waiter know when she’s back”… no! There were lots of idle staff just lingering around, why do I need to wait for one specific person to make a perfectly generic order?? Eventually a replacement came, ordered the drinks, took another 10’ to get them to our table (even though the venue was almost empty at this point). It’s like they were not interested in making money at all.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had doing Applebee’s carside to go. The girl first brought us the wrong order then when she brought the correct one it was missing food and she didn’t know there was supposed to be 2 bags and it took her awhile to find it. When we got home the trio appetizer was missing the riblets and had all of the wrong sauces. My daughter’s steak was under cooked and bloody so I had to recook it at home. They forgot my daughter’s milk which they said was in the bag and it wasn’t plus she only got 1 chicken tender hardly any fries which were cold and mushy. My wife ordered ice tea and it was a Pepsi. They really need to get their act together if they make this many mistakes, carside is horrific. We decided to get McDonald’s instead for alot less and at least they got the order correct and it was hot. Maybe we should stick with them.
