Lovely Thai restaurant with kind servers! The chicken lettuce wraps were surprisingly super crunchy and delicious, definitely recommend. Pad see ew was a bit on the heavier side, but the mango sticky rice was a perfect dessert.

Thai Harmony is one of my favorite Thai places in W-S. The food is excellent, fresh, pretty to look at and priced similarly to other Thai places. It has a beautiful aesthetic, and is always busy but never too loud. On a recent visit I had the drunken noodles and a sushi boat for two split with another. Also, the ginger martini and Bombay margarita are killer!

The food caught me off guard and unfortunately did not taste authentic. I have never had drunken noodles or tom yum soup prepared this way. Additionally, there was a miscommunication with the staff. I believed I ordered a small tom yum soup, but was served a large instead. The portion sizes are quite big, so I could not clearly tell the difference at the time. When the bill arrived, I realized I was charged much more than expected. Since I did drink the soup, I understood that the bill would reflect the large size. However, it was disheartening that the response from staff felt more like “we didn’t ask you for the size you wanted, but you were given a large, so you have to pay for it,” which left a poor impression.
Ambience-wise, it did seem like there were a decent number of local or repeat customers. The servers were friendly and engaged, and made an effort to interact. However, the attendant at the front desk was not very welcoming and came across as unfriendly.
I also found it odd that this Thai restaurant serves a wide mix of Thai, Japanese, and other Asian dishes. In my experience, when a restaurant tries to cover too many cuisines, the quality tends to suffer. Overall, this was not a great experience, and I do not think I will return.

Favorite Thai place in the area! Amazing flavors and good quality ingredients. The staff is super friendly and there’s plenty of space inside the restaurant. They have good portion sizes as well.

Great vegan options. Very helpful and knowledgeable server. Lots of dishes can be modified vegan. We had vegan sushi and vegan curry with soy duck. They were very happy to modify dishes to met our dietary preferences where they could. The restaurant is now fully and easily wheelchair accessible because of a newly added ramp. Great experience.

Good food and friendly service! Loved the Surf and Turf roll. The Yellow Curry was delicious but much spicier than expected, and the Thai fried rice with beef was good.

Probably one of the best sushi spots in town! Their sushi is always fresh and the presentation is beautiful. I always order the salmon belly sushi and the “naked” pad thai without noodles. Their curries are great as well! The staff is always pleasant and attentive. Hands down one of my favorite places (:

I love Thai food but rarely eat it cause it always seems the same whereever I go. We just filed our taxes and we go out for lunch – seemed like a fair trade lol We were driving through Winston – Salem, searched for a place to eat and found Thai Harmony. The place isn’t screaming come sit here and eat in harmony with the environment but one bite or slurp of soup and you mind and tummy become one with itself and there you find the harmony. It’s almost divine. It’s so good. If you have consumed so so Thai- well Thai Harmony will become your go to for Thai. People, people get the Bento Box with the General Tso Chicken – I know you are saying but Kim it will be too sweet. It’s not it has heat with a wee little bit of sweetness with just enough of a crust and the chicken is so tender. What in the world. It’s harmony people. And the ginger dressing on that salad. You all need to bottle that and sell it. Harmony, harmony – Thai Harmony.:)

Lovely Thai place with surprisingly great food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was quiet by American standards, which is a blessing in this day and age. Appetizers were fine but the main courses shone – General Tso’s Chicken and Massaman Curry (both pictured) were excellent. The Miso Soup is also to die for, wonderful. Also the salad comes with lightly pickled onions and a wonderful ginger dressing – very delicious.
