I ordered on the mobile app and arrived and waited over 30 minutes for a small order. The KFC is one of the nicest with a clean and spacious parking lot and very nice dining room. The food was good but the service was lacking. After parking for 20 minutes I STILL had to go in for my sauce and napkins. Overall it was okay but the service and speed could be better.

First time going to this KFC Food looked like was cooked some hours before we did our purchase. Potato Wedges looked old and dried, biscuits were crumbling. Service was great but food looked old as if food has been sitting for some time in their respective trays. Place wasn’t even busy it was around 1140ish and I believe that any food that goes bad quick like fries or potatoes to be cooked by order they take no more then 5 minutes to get fully cooked. Employees should be trained on how much they can cook according to how busy they are and to have timers. Otherwise costumers get bad quality food.

Cashier in drive-thru lied and said it was an up charge for me to change my two piece to 2 legs instead of a thigh and leg. He said it was a 50 cent upcharge, but on the receipt he charged for a ranch because there is no such thing unless I changed to white meat then there would’ve been a upcharge.

Just stop by to give this place a go again after the last visit over a year ago. Ordered a 2pc dinner for dining in. I was given the order as a takeout, I guess because they didn’t want me to eat inside and saw they gave me a kids meal portion. 2 smallest pies es of chicken I ever had. About the size of a small Cornish hen and the biscuit was extra small too. Looks like they closed the buffet since the pandemic. KFC used to be a favorite. Not anymore
This complaint is not about the workers, they were very nice but almost didn’t want to give me a refund. But their store policy.. picture is their large gravy and their policy of $4.29 for an extra gravy. Almost makes me not want to patronize this place again. Realize businesses are raising prices but that price for a small portion of gravy is ridiculous.

10/10 would NOT recommend ordered food waited 15 minutes called our number just to tell us we would have to wait 10 minutes for green beans about 10 minutes later came and told us we would have to wait on chicken. Apparently they don’t have anything including their stuff together. Got a refund and left after spending nearly 40 minutes in there to eat.

My grandson only eats chicken and every time I go to kfc Kannapolis they don’t have any chicken without waiting 20 minutes or more. This is 6pm 7pm when people eat supper and no chicken ? I mean almost every time no CHICKEN. This location should Close! Not a car in the parking lot and no CHICKEN? That’s why there are no cars?

I waited a hour and 10 minutes for a online order that said that it was ready in 5 to 15 minutes. I seen customer and orders mixed up. People that order after my order support to be ready get their food and eat and leave. This is the three time this has happened to me. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE. I don’t really know what’s the issue with CUSTOMER SERVICE at this particular KFC. The customer service is TRASH. THE FRONT COUNTER LADY has a very bad attitude. We work too HARD for our Money to not receive QUALITY service at all times. I’m done spending my money here!

Now I’m normally not a “leave a bad review type of person” but this experience was so disappointing that I couldn’t say nothing. I was ordering dinner through DoorDash and they were messing up our order so we went in store to pick it up. When I got there, I explained the situation and the manager was INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful not helping with the situation at all. The other staff were nice and helpful, but the manager made the entire experience unpleasant And on top of all of that I realized they got my order wrong. Overall, this was WORST experience I have ever had.
