It took 35 minutes to get a large fry and an order of cini-minis. The fries had almost no salt and were soggy. The woman at the window was incredibly rude, even by fast food standards.

My husband had to tell me tonight that he had the best Whopper & Fries from this Burger King location for the first time in his life. He raved about how his Whopper & fries were both hot & delicious. We have been to quite a few Burger Kings across the country over the years & traditionally, the Whoppers & fries are lukewarm, at best. We got to the point where we stopped going to Burger King. It was late tonight, when my husband had to go into Tampa & he needed to eat something before the long drive back down to Cape Coral. This particular Burger King was in the vicinity & he decided to take a chance. Needless to say, you restored his faith in Burger King, which in turn made my 75 y.o. husband really happy. If only all Burger Kings across our country followed the same standard, serving a great product hot to the consumer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s to this location

Takes about 20 minutes for them to get a single persons order out, had two people in front of me both taking about 20 minutes for them to get their order. Also line piled up to about 10 cars because their night crew doesn’t know how to do a job.

Used to be good service, fast food as promised and friendly employees. Now there are long wait times and dismissive staff. Not sure what happened, but I cannot say I will return.

This is the best burger king around the people that work here are so nice and make sure everything was right and my food was hot and fresh and my burger actually had bacon! Other burger kings always forget my Bacon! Thanks for a great dinner!

The burger was cooked well, fries ok. The staff was rude, short, and not the most attentive. Not sure if the lady was the manager or not but she needs customer service training. Don’t get upset when people use app rewards, take that to corporate.

This is the 4th time we order through the app and our meal is not ready when we arrive at this location. I have to give my name at the speaker and then again at the window for them to just acknowledge the online order. Defeats the purpose of an online order. The drive through is terribly slow. I’ve been here long enough to write this review. The employees are running orders to the line of cars out of order in the drive thru. The management at night is unorganized to say the least.

After waving in line for a cheeseburger for over 30 minutes in the drive-through, I don’t know how the store owner/manager allows this to happen. The food tasted like cardboard. The fries tasted like they were cold, and there was just no sense of urgency. I don’t know if people understand especially the workers that paying $10 for a meal now that’s through a drive-through is very expensive and everybody works hard for their money and to get service like this and food like this. It’s not even worth my time to drive back and complain. that’s how bad it really was
