This is sadly still one of the best fast food restaurants on this side of town but I don’t understand the issues here that don’t get resolved. The friar is either too low of temperature or they aren’t cooking the fries long enough, they are UNDERCOOKED.

As for the burger I’ll just post the pictures. At least it’s clean and the service is fast? I don’t know what else to say.

Very nice staff. But accuracy is poor and occasionally they will have you wait an extra long time in a drive thru parking spot. I waited 15 minutes in a spot for a plain cheeseburger and 10 nuggets. Wasn’t even busy

I ordered a Spicy McCrispy not deluxe, but it came as a deluxe instead. It also was missing the pickles that are supposed to come on the regular sandwich. I didn’t ask for extra toppings, just the standard build, so this was frustrating. Please pay closer attention to order details, because accuracy matters

I decided to give them another shot and came to the delightful conclusion that I shouldn’t have. I made a curbside order and when I got home, I got cheated out of a quarter of my double quarter pounder. Tried calling them, let it ring for two minutes, and no answer. So, I will not be visiting them again.

This experience honestly pissed me off. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Spicy McCrispy meal (large) and a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal (large). When I got my food, I realized I was missing a large fry and a drink, so I had to go inside to get them.

It took forever just to fix that, which was already annoying. Then when I finally sat down and opened my food, I saw my Spicy McCrispy was wrong. It was made like a Hot & Spicy – no pickles, no pepper sauce, just mayo and lettuce. That’s not what I ordered at all.

By the time I noticed, the place was already closed, so I couldn’t even get it fixed. I had been looking forward to this meal all day, and between the missing items, the long wait, and the wrong sandwich, it completely ruined it.

What really makes this worse is that this is the second time I’ve had a bad drive-thru experience here, and I’m honestly getting really fed up. These aren’t small mistakes – it’s basic stuff that keeps getting messed up. I just want my order to be right.

This location hands-down is the worst one in the valley!!!! Their customer service is foul. There’s a lady that works in there. She’s pretty old probably in her mid 50s who definitely needs to watch her mouth and how she talks to people‘s children. It is not my daughter‘s fault that a you can’t count 10 chicken nuggets and B she didn’t pay for cold food. She wants hot fresh food that she paid for!!! It’s pretty difficult. Take the food back. Do your job and give customers what they ask for hot food.

I went there the other day and they were rude and the food was cold and if the fries are not hot they suck. But I’ve always had problems over the years with McDonald’s see I can’t drive cuz I have seizures and I’ve walked up to the drive-thru before trying to get food and they say it’s a safety issue that I can’t be on foot in their drive-thru well how else am I supposed to get food from you guys if I don’t drive and your lobby is closed everybody else can get food but me it seems like they need to have a walk-up window or something or just punish people who have disabilities.

*Update: Needed quick food today. Nothing like paying $4.19 for cold French fries. This place is a disgrace.

Bought a mcCrispy. It looked and tasted like it had been cooking for hours. I get that this is cheap fast food, but should it not at least be edible?
