Me and my family went out to eat, and when we sat down and ordered, our drinks were brought to us and then spilled all over us, we were soaked, drenched, I am rating this 1 star but if I could I would rate it 0, the manager did absolutely nothing. Terrible service, do not recommend.

We came to Texas Roadhouse with all our children to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday told them that it was her birthday and everything they even put on our receipt birthday dessert but never received anything or anyone to sing her happy birthday she never gets out the house much but she was excited to come here but left disappointed over them forgetting that we told them today was her birthday but other then that everything was ok besides the salmon and it was completely flavorless $17 meal pushed to the side you just think that you expect a lot better service for $180

The Boss took the crew here after an extra long day’s work. 5 of us in total. Parking lot was packed but seated straight away. We ordered apps and entrees. I had the pulled pork and everyone else had steak. Our server’s name was Holly And I mean to tell you someone is going to have a hard time topping the experience she gave us. Similar between young middle-aged woman killed it that night. Our drafts hit the table in no time and we never sat without a frosty drink in front of us and we were thirsty. The appetizers out so quick it’s possible she took another tables before they’re server had a chance LOL. The food came out what seemed to be perfect time later. As well as being fantastic at her job she was pleasant to look at and how to killer the personality. The staff in the kitchen were just as on point. The guy said their steaks were perfect and just the way they ordered and the sides were fresh. I devoured my plate like I hadn’t eaten in days the biggest problem with the atmosphere it’s just that’s the place was so crowded though you wouldn’t have known it if you’d only based it off the service and speed of the drinks and food. I guess they do what they have to pack the crowd in and I can’t hate for it but I can rate for it lol. Overall it was a great experience I just hope they are a little less crowded if I get to visit again.

One star because I cannot leave a zero. After FINALLY getting seated. Our server spilled an ENTIRE serving plate of drinks in our laps. Completely drenched. Ruined & stained clothes (one of my daughters had a white shirt on). We had to leave & were unable to eat our meal. The manager offered no resolution, apologies & failed to address the issue. Worst part, the lady dining beside us said the server did the same thing to the people before us. Extremely disappointed. Will not be going back.

Been there a lot always great, last Wednesday 2/4/26 I took 3 other people with me and my steak was cooked correctly but it had so much gristle it was tough to eat and zero flavor, it was the 22oz sirloin. The ribs were very dry tough to chew and the chicken sandwich was rubbery and flavorless.
Rolls were delicious as always.
I will give it one more chance.

My favorite Steakhouse chain in America. Steaks are always tasty in any location across the country. We had the 8 oz NY Strip Steak and the country vegetable plate.
