Panera really knows how to make a good sandwich. But they’re really not good at is making sure that their restaurants are clean. Every Panera restaurant that I go to has the same problem. All kinds of staff hanging around but nobody actually wiping tables down, there’s just something gross about that. I literally should not have to get a bunch of napkins and clean my own table considering I have to actually bus my own trays too. Just do just do better!! It’s actually the main reason why I don’t go to Panera’s as much as I used to, because I’ve actually complained to corporate and they don’t do anything about it. #Sad

This was our first visit to Panera Bread. With the outstanding prompt customer service, food and care this team showed it won’t be our last.
We were a bit indecisive as it’s such a great array of choices. Ms Carrie answered questions patiently with some of her recommendations. And her choices were SPOT ON. The chicken fontana sandwich is amazing and the fresh baguette bread with the soup was a perfect pairing. I got the onion soup and unfortunately wasn’t quite what grandma used to make. I asked Ms Carrie for her favorite (baked potatoe) and I am HOOKED!
As a previous manager myself, she is the true embodiment of customer service and respect. I will surely remember my experience accompanied by her gracious smile and attitude

The young gentleman who waited on me was very kind and answered my questions about specials. Patiently allowed me time to review the menu since I’d only been to a Panera 3 times in my life
He explained the Pick Two in detail, so that is what I did. Picked 2: soup and a half sandwich. A little pricy at $16, but the quality ingredients made it a little better . Soup was creamy and filled with lots of broccoli. Just thought it would be a larger portion since I chose the bowl versus the cup.
The sandwich had fresh tomatoes and a variety of greens as well. The bread was soft and the chicken salad was plentiful for a half of a sandwich! I took pictures and a video of the restaurant, but I’m no videographer or photographer for that matter .
It was an enjoyable meal for a senior grandma dining alone in a calm and clean restaurant with friendly staff

Always a favourite for quick dining options. Excellent soups, breads, fries, making cheese drinks.
We ordered broccoli soup once more one large with french baguettes.. Cinnamon roll was run down version of anything that can be called a cinnamon rule. Drinks for good. Alexa was excellent in service. I love this great company for all the hospitality. And a steamed organisation that it has been. Moderate prices but good service

Panera as a company has changed, and like most nowadays struggle with shrinkflation. The food was good, just not a lot of it. I can’t place any blame on the actual store though, as it was clean and the service was precise and friendly.

3/30/24-I gave them 3 stars, not because they are average in general, but because they are average for a Panera. Over priced food, small size to price ratio, for questionable quality. This location was also dirty, like they hadn’t bothered to clean. All of the tables were either covered in food or sticky.

The service was pretty okay. Not bad, not good. Although the food is delicious and you’ll enjoy every bite you eat, beware if you eat
inside, the tables are not wiped down and there’s crumbs everywhere. The great thing is that Panera has a large space indoors so you will have plenty of options to sit in the restaurant. The fruit punch I got as a drink was watered down, so I ended up with the lemonade (10/10 recommend). It’s great for a brunch get-together or by just yourself. Will definitely eat here again.

It was phenominal, the flatbread was yummy, the sauce was pretty okay, but the cheese paired with the tomatoes and garnish makes it worthwhile! Still a great enviroment to sit down, relax and catch up with someone or just to stop by and enjoy one of their pastries! It’s simply a great time all around and it’s worth every cent.

It’s looks so delicious but the bread was so hard.
Make sure when you order tell the cashier to slice the bread small pieces. They don’t cut after, if you don’t tell when you order.
Food was ready within 5 minutes that was quick.
Inside the restaurant looks very cool.

I came in for some breakfast but went with their Teriyaki and Broccoli bowl and an iced vanilla latte, YUM!!! I also got some Turkey chili and I’m trying not to inhale it since it’s DELICIOUS!! Employees were friendly and courteous and knowledgeable for my questions. Will definitely be stopping in again.
