Every time I go to this McDonalds without fail they forgot a food item or get the order wrong. The ticket tells you how to make it! If you can’t read say something! (Picture of my bag where my hamburger is supposed to be, y’all owe me $2)

I was surprised by the Spicy McChicken here. In other states, the chicken patty itself is usually spicy, but here they just used a regular McChicken patty and added a spicy sauce instead. It’s a completely different taste and texture than what I’m used to. Also, be prepared to pay more—prices are significantly higher when compared to other states.

It seems like the food here is never hot, but it’s McDonald’s so I guess you get what you get at the drive-thru. But I do want to say that the girl that’s always working at the drive-thru is so nice and has the prettiest smile. No not at a weird way, but customer service seems to be a thing of the past these days and I appreciate friendly service. makes up for the cold food

I’m extremely disappointed with the consistent lack of care and attention to detail at this location. What was once my go-to sandwich is now something I hesitate to order, as it never comes out right. Every time I’ve asked for even the smallest modification on a $3 sandwich, no less—it’s either ignored or results in a sloppy, sauce-drenched mess. This isn’t a one-time issue; it’s happened repeatedly. On top of that, items are frequently missing from our orders. At this point, it feels like basic quality control is simply not a priority here.
