Rich, tasty, and absolutely fun to watch. Spiked Nitro is the perfect treat and the fact that it is right around the corner from my house makes it even better. You would think that is dangerous, but their light menu keeps things guilt free, so enjoy without hesitation.
The location has a cool modern look and the ice cream making process never gets old. No matter how many times you watch it, it feels like an experience every single visit. The employees genuinely love what they do and you can see it in how they prepare each order. They really make that ice cream with love.
My go to is the coffee light version with no dairy in a large. A medium is honestly more than enough, but sometimes you just want to indulge. Their cookie selection is also worth trying and they usually have solid specials on them.
If you are feeling adventurous, they can actually spike the ice cream for you. It is a fun twist when you are in the mood to take things up a notch.

I want to start with the incredible service me and my family received from the gentleman working there. I wish I got his name! He had a great attitude and was very attentive.
Now for the ice cream, I order banana everywhere I go and this was EASILY the best banana ice cream I’ve ever had!!!!

The Oreo Lover ice cream at Spiked Rich Nitrogen Ice Cream was so good. They make it right in front of you with liquid nitrogen, so it comes out super fresh and creamy. I liked that they used actual Oreo chunks and not just tiny pieces. You really get that perfect mix of chocolatey Oreo and smooth cream in every bite. It’s simple, delicious, and definitely something I’d go back for.

Pistachio flavor is too light. Can barely taste it. I appreciate they didn’t use a green petroleum based die, but they definitely need to add more flavor for the real pistachio taste. Texture, sweetness and creaminess is on point.

4.5 ⭐️ Cool ice cream spot! I love the amount of variety and combinations this place offers. The ice cream was solid, with loads of toppings. I love the transparency and being able to see everything; it is entertaining. I went with the regular serving size, but it was huge, with generous toppings. Personally, not a fan of loud music, but it is SPIKED Rich, and close to a college, so it makes sense. Service was fast and efficient, even though there was a long line. Reasonable price. I need to try other options, since there are many. Good stuff overall!

If you love Nitrogen Ice cream this is the spot. You can build your own flavor and topping for the ice-cream. They make by order so you get fresh ice-cream every time. They also have some fresh home made cookies and brownies. It is a little pricey but it worth every penny.

Cool place. I enjoyed all the decoration and thought put into it. The process of creating the ice cream was fascinating and visually exciting to watch! Not to mention how tasty, smooth, and delicious it was! I would come back, but it’s definitely an expensive place to try.

My son and I shared the Ferrero Rocher ice cream and it was so delicious. This was our first time coming to the ice cream parlor. The ice cream quality was so creamy and rich. 10/10 don’t walk run lol
