One of the worst ran McDonalds I’ve ever been to in the whole area. Just went through the drive thru and said that I have a code. She said to wait, then asks what I wanted after waiting, I then said again that I have a code, she then sounded confused and asked again what I wanted?? I said I have a code for the third time, and then asked again what I wanted!! She then proceeded to start laughing hysterically through the speaker the whole time, joking around with coworkers through the speaker. Terrible, and extremely unprofessional customer service experience. This particular McDonald’s needs its management 100% looked into. Also not to mention the terrible quality speakers the drive thru has.

My nephew wanted some fries from his go to place & I wanted to try out their holiday pie. It is a subtle flavor & tasty but so festively decorated. It has a golden custard inside & I believe there is a hint of vanilla in there as well. It’s said to say that even though it’s first appearance on the McDonald’s menu in 1999 I’ve never tried it till now. I only wish I had grabbed a hot coffee with it. But I’ll be getting one next year to celebrate the season & maybe with an eggnog latte!

I am a lover of all things McDonald’s but I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my orders recently. I am always very excited for an ice cold drink to be handed to me at the drive though but instead recently I’ve been given a Luke warm one with 2 pieces of ice that melt into the drink before I am even given the chance to take a sip. This is an easy fix please McDonald’s stop giving me warm water filled sprite.

I went to the drive thru for lunch. I ordered a Big Mac and one bottle of water. The girl at pick up said I was to get two bottles of water. Can u check if I got charged for 2? She reacted as if she had no idea and couldn’t do anything about it. I just took the two. My Big Mac was so loaded with sauce I could hardly eat it. I threw half of it away. Terrible lunch

Used the McDonalds app and got free nuggets. The service is good and the environment is clean. Food was hot and good for McDonalds. And they have a fountain machine to refill your drink.
