I regretfully had to order close to closing time but Chris was so gracious and made sure I was able to get a nutritious meal that I was after. I asked for the least annoying thing they had but he assured me I should order what I really wanted and did it with a smile. After a long flight, his hospitality was appreciated.

I really enjoy the food I ordered. If you need some peace and quiet, never go there at noon , it’s so busy and there’s people everywhere at this time of the day. The decor is great, and the person who came up with the idea that we serve our own drinks is ingenious but I admit that I wish it had been prepared with my food, because I ended up making myself an iced tea with flavor that I didn’t order . It was a fun experience, I liked the authenticity of the place.

Everything is fresh & made to order(which I love) Recently remodeled and not a fan. The reason being is that it’s no longer, the private, cozy, intimate setting. The barriers would go up half way or all the way to ceiling and it created a private experience. Now it’s all one height. The area around the fireplace just looks….different? Out of place? This Panera seemed to have lost its privacy that was soo appealing & needed to get ready for the day or at end of day.
But regardless, I will always come here. Staff is amazing & food incredible.
I got (& have included pictures of) the Turkey & cheese-modified to accommodate my taste/likes-fresh summer fruit cup & fountain Mt Dew as well as the agave Lemonade. I am a My Panera member so my drink was free. Costs nothing to join.

I’m a bread lover so i go there mostly for that. The sandwiches I have had were great along with the delicious soups.
Even with a fresh salad you can get a baguette. When ordering, I didn’t feel rushed.

Food is generally pretty good. They follow instructions, for the most part. (I have had a few screw ups, but if you contact customer service through your email confirmation, they generally give you something like a $10 reward for your troubles or something)
The people who work are nice, but they can skimp you on certain foods. Don’t waste your money on salads, especially the half salads. They barely fill the container. And even their half salads can be upwards of $8 but you get about $2 worth of food.
The atmosphere is hit or miss. When it’s calm, it’s chill and nice. But don’t plan to eat here during lunch rush or when kids get out of school/on the weekend. It gets real rowdy real quick.

We ordered chicken & white rice soup, broccoli cheddar soup and BBQ chicken salad. The texture of soups are soft and smooth. The chicken & white rice one is a little bit spicy. We love the salad because of the ingredients. Just not 5 star because of some table is not clean and we can’t sit on the preferably table. Social distancing was practiced.

My $11 dollar toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich was two pieces of bread pressed flat around what appeared to be a single slice of steak. See photos for reference. I’ll give them this- the bread is good. But I didn’t pay 11 bucks for an 8 inch slice of bread.

It’s your typical Panera Bread but they finally renovated the place so it doesn’t look like we stepped into 2009. Much more refreshing looking inside.
