Coming here can be good, however there will be times that either one they are too busy, and they don’t have enough employees or their printer machines go offline, or just minor errors they may make. However they tend to have good customer service. Please be kind to the people here, sometimes I see customer scream or say things that are out of place. They just renovated the place seems really comfortable. I usually do mobile orders just to go and get out quick (but beware sometimes it can take up to 20 minutes to get your order too). I would like to ask to keep an eye on the fruits for the refreshers drinks cuz I got some strawberries that’s were not the best for both my drinks. Nonetheless thank you for your service.

Today I stopped by around 11:52am To grab a Drink and Didnt have a Good Experience, Rep taking Order was Being rude and made me repeat my self a Couple times. Once i Got to the Window She made it on Purpose and Took Long to give me my Drink. I clearly saw the Drink given Finished to her. Not happy And hope they get the proper customer service attention needed. Would put her name but my mobile Receipt doesnt give reps name.

I didn’t get her name but she was in the front register and she was really rude for no reason, I just went to pick up and order and she was giving attitude like can you give me a second like pretty much to not pick up the order that was there , obviously I wouldn’t take the order if it wasn’t under the name I needed. Never coming here again , if you don’t like your job get a new one that simple I’m not your punching bag.

Small coffee shop. But very fast. Super busy around 8:45 am Because all the students from nursing school line up about 20 people deep. So best to take the drive thru since the orders are done fast.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location. They have done my order wrong 3 times and its usually when I order more than 3 drinks… Ive been loyal to this location for 2 years and i got to know some of the employees.
This used to be my favorite location, but it seems like they don’t pay attention anymore. I guess because of covid they aren’t the same anymore….
Also, i feel like it was a bad idea to put the yellow railing for the drive thru. In that case, they could have left it like it was with the railing on the opposite side so the line would start forming inside the parking lot…
Edit: I don’t know what was going on through the batista mind but Why would they give grinded coffee in 2 cups! Why? Should’ve been better off ordering through the app…

Well, I am sure this place is understaffed like most Starbucks these days. Ordered from Uber Eats and our coffee arrived looking like tea and tasting like watered down decaf roasted with dirty socks.

So I ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher, I asked if they could add extra berries, when I get to the window and see the drinks, it barely had any berries, we asked excuse me I asked extra berries and they replied with we did it has two scoops. It barely had any berries at all , I don’t usually like to complain but this was not unexpectedly.

They didn’t have any of the items I wanted to order which is fine, I understand they run out of things. Although honestly I was grateful I didn’t purchase anything because they had a bunch of flies in there display area. It was truly disgusting and had my stomach turning.
