I really want to give this place a 1 star, but there are some genuinely nice employees here. That aside, the food is mediocre, unsalted fries when I didn’t ask for no salt, missing food on large orders, and a lack of utilities at the fountain drink area is quite a hassle when they ignore you when standing next to the counter unless you raise your voice to grab someone’s attention. During the night shifts when there’s is no one here, the restaurant is still dirty making it hard to find a table to sit at and eat. I stead of cleaning the place the employees seem to having a blast singing in the back of house area. The bathrooms are also messy which is gross, overall this restaurant is in DIRE need of restructuring. It may be a minimum wage job, but if you can’t even do the minimum for your guests, they should just shut this location down. It just sucks there aren’t many left with an area for kids to play at…

Don’t know why there’s a option for adding condiments on the app when they never add them to your bag. Who loves nuggets without some kinda sauce. You have to ask for everything including catsup for your fries. Also what’s up with the fries,sometimes no salt and sometimes very salty and oily. People are friendly though.

My wife and I decided to have McDonald’s for dinner tonight because we had been talking about how good their fries looked on a commercial we had just watched and it just sounded really good! We kept it pretty simple and ordered the usual burger and fries and we literally live 3 minutes away. When we sat down to eat, we noticed that the food was really cold. The burgers looked as if they had been pre prepared several hours beforehand and sat on a counter waiting to be sold. The fries were worse. Cold, soggy, salt less. Luckily our drinks were as cold as the food!!! This McDonald’s definitely gets a thumbs down from us . There is so much controversy about McDonald’s losing business and now I see why. We will definitely think twice before visiting McDonald’s again in the future.
NOTE: Franchises need to pay more attention to whom they choose to manage these dying locations! Ray Kroc wouldn’t stand for this!

The store interior looked clean and there was indoor playground for kids.
No cashier at the cashier desk. Some customers just waited at the front for help for quite a while. I could see one team member with the headset busy on the drive through order, but there should have been at least one team member focusing on the customers inside the store. Also, there was totally no smile from the team members.

This has always been a consistently good location for me. I can’t recall ever having an order issue and the food has always been good, both of which are rare at other McDonald’s.

Horrible experience! My husband found this synthetic hair in his burger, the food is always cold, tastless,stale, and the facility is miss managed. When pulling up DRIVE OFF NOT WORTH YOU LOSING YOUR MONEY!!!!! PLEASE ! DRIVE OFF! Waited over 30 mins for cookies. I placed a mobile order. The line already took 15-20 mins. I got asked to park since the cookies in my order weren’t ready. Waited another 10mins and called the store. I spoke to a male employee telling him I’ve been waiting over 20 mins for cookies, are they ready? He answered ‘yes ma’am’. I proceeded to ask ‘well can someone bring them out, I’ve been waiting?’ He said ‘yes ma’am’ again. Another 10 mins went by and nothing. I went inside spoke to the manager telling them I’ve been waiting for over 30 mins for cookies and no one’s brought anything out. The employee had it in his hand the entire time giggling and looking dumbfounded. Manager looked just as confused as I was. The lack of assistance from this employee was ridiculous. And when I walked back to my car, he was smirking delivering another order to someone else. A job is a job. No reason for this behavior to be acceptable.

McDonald’s is known for their fries, what happened the FRIES were OLD or had been sitting and refried to make it taste fresh. If I wanted potatoe chips these fries would have pass the test. Will never go there and order fries!! Not dropped fresh, like the other McDonald’s on Beltline & Hwy 75 N or Centennial in Richardson.

I haven’t had a fish filet sandwich from McDonald’s in a long time. I was surprised by how much they have shrunk. The sandwich here was not made fresh. It was tough, dry and chewy. I probably shouldn’t have eaten it because it gave me an upset stomach. I don’t think I’ll visit this McDonalds again for a long time.
