The food was soggy, bland and old meat. The only thing I liked was the eggrolls and cream puffs. My tea was really good service ok but I went in as a single person. I wont go again.

I REALLY wanted to like this place.
I took my wife and son for the first time, and the first thing I noticed was some guy brought a dog into the restaurant.
No, not a service dog, this was just a black lab mix, with no service dog vest, not even on a leash or harness. Literally just following his owner around the buffet area, and none of the staff seemed to mind.
Between my wife and I, we put one bite of almost everything on our plates. The only thing ont the entire buffet that was hot was the soup. Literally everything else was either lukewarm or flat out cold. I don’t know if it’s because we got there a couple minutes after they opened and they were suing the buffet as a means to heat up yesterday’s leftovers, but it was quite off-putting.
I’m willing to try again because the bites we tasted had good flavor, but man…. Cold Chinese food is just not fun.

It was ok, not the worst, not the best. There was an ok variety and everything tasted ok. Our server was great, super nice. Not sure it was worth the $ honestly.

Panda has been around for almost 20 years, they’ve lost some building and I think this is the last one, however that never stopped their quality. The buffets are always clean and the food is as good as I remember from almost 20 years ago. Love the atmosphere too, very calm and pretty. Tons of entree options along with many side dishes as well. Lastly still competitive pricing even with today’s inflation.

The food wasn’t great. Crowded in the buffet area. The place just feels dirty. It’s in DESPERATE need of a deep clean. While my nephew was eating, a small cockroach crawled on his arm. He knocked it to the ground and we took a picture to show to staff. She apologized and thanked us for letting her know. The host that sat us told my sister in law that she could not share a drink with her 2 year old son and that they had to get water. Honestly they need to work on a lot here before we ever return.

Omg! Hands down the best food! The TSO is out of this world. The other food was great too. The waitstaff was excellent. Johnny on the spot, always offering their service. Restaurant was clean and had a very comfortable layout. Large dessert bar. I will drive an hour one way just to eat here.

We stopped by for the lunch buffet. The place was packed, and very tidy. The staff working here were nice, and caring. The amount of buffet food available was a bit less as compared to other Chinese buffet. The food here was rather more Hispanic than Chinese. Lol! I absolutely loved their fried rice. That was the best.

It had the freshest wasabi and mustard sauce I’ve ever tasted, the sushi was excellent. All the vegetables were fresh and delicious. Meals were prepared to perfection, for a price I’d return to forever, all they need to add is beer and drinks. Will be my only Chinese place in all of arkensas from now on.

Such an above expectations experience! We enjoyed most of the food we tried. The items we didn’t enjoy were personal and not a reflection of the restaurant. I have to say that the lo mein was the best I have ever had. Man it was good!! We had the buffet and most times when you have a buffet you receive less than good service at your table but BJ was amazing. She stayed on top of drink refills and was quick to remove plates that were not being used without making us feel rushed. Every time she came to the table she had a bright beautiful smile on her face!! It was so nice to have such wonderful service in a time that customer service is severely lacking in most places.
I am handicapped and was having a bad day. My daughter was helping me get around and when we were on our way back to the table one of the wait staff asked me if I needed help. That just blew me away. Everyone working here was so nice and friendly. I am so glad we decided to try this place. It will be a top choice next time we are in the area. Thank you so much!!
