Went to get dinner for me n my kid after work. I used the app to order two biggie bags- the double cheeseburger ones- with large drinks and two frosties.
I got everything quickly and I had no issues with the service overall, but when I got home and we started to eat… Our burgers are raw. Pretty much completely raw! One patty on each burger is barely seared on each side and completely pink in the middle, with the other patties cooked only a little bit more.
I called the building to let them know four times, but I did not get a response.
The food isn’t safe to eat without cooking it more, and my kid won’t touch it because they’re scared of it being raw.

There was a hair on my burger, the fries were at least 30+ minutes old, and they charged me for a cookie they didn’t give me. Here is the “big bacon classic” I just bought with hair showing. I used to go here 2-3 times per week, ever since the Macdonalds opened, its like this place has given up. Will never go back, you shouldn’t either.

Got a raw burger patty. Weird because I ordered a double and one patty was cooked but not the other. It was actually for my hubby. Now he’s got a bad stomach ache. I tried to call to let them know but after 7 tries still no one is answering the phones. I have two stars because the people there are usually extraordinarily nice.

If you use the app like they encourage and order dine in they will make it to go everytime. I don’t know if the staff can read or not but either way that’s rude and ridiculous and the tomatoes on everything I ordered were really old and falling into pieces when I tried to remove them I feel like I could get sick eating here staff needs management really bad McDonald’s across the street will ruin this establishment if the quality of service and food does not rise soon and on top of all that restrooms are unsafe and unsanitary awful odor

They use an AI ordering menu now that is COMPLETELY useless and incorrect for ordering. They forgot TWO of our meals, the orders were inaccurate and the AI is extremely hard to work with. Plus it just took another job for absolutely no reason. And now it’s actively going to be the reason we are not going back to Wendy’s after tonight. I am not dealing with this again.

got a number 4 chicken sandwich… took a bite and couldn’t even bite thru the rubber hard chicken. what did you guys give me to eat.. paid 13 dollars for a large drink. worthless employees when you cook a rock from outside and serve me as a customer! disgusting business!

Okay I go to this Wendy’s all the time it’s usually good I don’t know what has happened I ordered a large chili and a medium fry look at my pictures to see what they gave me ridiculous. Half a bowl of chili in half a thing of fries when I got home I was absolutely furious

I went to the drive thru this evening and ordered a taco salad. When I looked through the bags to see if I had everything, I noticed there was no tortilla chips, which it comes with, but I was like okay I can live without them. When I got home, I had gotten a container of chili, and no salsa either. So when I open the salad, there is mold everywhere in it. Mostly the tomato’s, but the lettuce also looks so old and almost black. I was so shocked because I’ve never gone to a restaurant before and gotten mold, so this was a first. I’m very reluctant to go back now.
