Wow! My son, brother and I stopped by for lunch today. My brother waited 10 minutes in line and was never served. The manager was rude and didn’t even bother to repeat my order back to make sure it was correct. I ordered 2 of the $6 meals with double stack sandwich. I received one double stack sandwich and a chicken sandwich with the other meal. Granted, I went before lunch started. I will not be returning to this location. Do better.

I stopped by the Wendy’s on Iliff and Buckley today, and ordered a Bacon Burrito and Frosty Coffee, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The burrito was poorly wrapped, the bacon and potatoes were overcooked, and the cheese tasted strange—almost plastic-like. To top it off, the Frosty Coffee had a syrupy aftertaste that was unpleasant.
While the food was not up to standard, I do want to note that the staff members were friendly and courteous. However, cleanliness was a concern, I noticed a stained wipe being used on my drink lid, which made me hesitant, I definately removed this before taking a sip.
Overall, I’d give this Wendy’s a 2-star rating—kind staff, but the food quality and cleanliness need serious improvement. Hopefully, they can address these issues to provide a better dining experience for customers in the future.

This store apparently can’t read orders correctly for Doordash. I ordered a medium HI-C for my daughter’s kids meal and they gave me a small apple juice box. Ordered a cold brew iced coffee with cream and sugar and it tasted like a couple days old black coffee. Absolutely disgusted with their service. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here unless you go into the store to make sure your order is correct.

Wow! Tell me you hate your job without telling me you hate your job. I literally can’t wrap my head around how rude ALL of them were. Didn’t say one word to us, messed up both of my kids ice cream, didn’t even give us the other one. They were so rude I was literally too uncomfortable to tell them they made a mistake. The girl was super rude I said thank you twice and she flat out ignored me. This is crazy. They weren’t slammed either, I was theONLy car in the drive thru. It was actually pathetic.

This place is absolutely doing everything it needs to do to not have the homeless community to the point where it’s highly uncomfortable for any paying customer. The bathrooms were set above 90’ making it almost unsafe to be in for too long. The dinning area had sections blocked off that weren’t in the front of the store for seating. With the AC blasting. None of the condiments were out. You can tell they struggle with the company they invite into the dinning area so stick to the drive thru if you want to feel good about eating out and sitting down for a meal.

The Food was cold and they did not get my order correct!! I asked the cashier to verify no mayo on my burger and he told me yeah yeah no mayo. Than the wait time was ridiculous just to get my fries old and cold. The robot that took my order was way more professional and accurate than the team you have at this location.

Good food that is made to order, they don’t screw it up like McDonald’s does sometimes. AI ordering at the drive-thru, it works well. Food is ready pretty quick. It’s a little expensive for fast-food but not terrible expensive considering the ridiculous inflation.

Disorganized the wait time was ridiculous to get old soggy fries and a burger. To see the girl at the front register flipping out because someone’s deleting her mobile orders no team work store was nasty flies was on a customers food tray which went back to the warmer then sent back out for his family to eat.

I’d love to give it 5 stars. However I was told that the credit card reader was not working. Luckily I carry emergency cash. Come to find out the credit card readers on the self service kiosks were working. I would have rather used my card. By that time I had already paid.
