Went after work at around 5:00 and there was only one patron besides me, so service was quick.
The young lady that helped me was pleasant and helpful. I’ve only been to a Jersey Mike’s once before, so I didn’t know the lingo.
I got a small turkey and provolone sub that was absolutely LOADED with meat and toppings.
Got it home and it was delicious. I wasn’t able to eat the whole thing, so I’ll save the rest for tomorrow.
Will return.

Make sure your order is correct, they will not answer the phone to rectify the issue. I ordered a #26 directly through the Jersey Mikes app, it came with only chicken & cheese. I Immediately called the location directly multiple times & nobody answered. I then called DoorDash who said I would need to contact the location directly to resolve the issue. The DoorDash rep also called and no one answered. I was given 2 numbers to call for Jersey Mikes customer service. One of the numbers said I would have to call the location directly, the other number was no longer in use. Ultimately DoorDash got paid, Jersey Mikes got paid, while I was stuck with the wrong order with no chance at recourse. Not sure if they have the same owner, but I have never had these issues from the Wards Rd location.

5 stars because I was highly impressed with the employees. As much as I felt like an inconvenience, they assured me I was not. My son has alpha gal and is extremely allergic to red meat. They were so kind and cleaned and sanitized everything they used before making his sub and let me know over and over they did not mind. That alone is enough for me to continue coming back to this specific location.

Every time I come here the wait for food, to order or pickup is astronomical. Good luck getting a curbside order to actually come to your car, it always has to be picked up inside unless you want to wait for an hour. The location at old forest or wards rd is 10x better. This will be the last time visiting this location. Lack of staff = terrible service.

10/10 Experience! I’m not a sub guy nor do I intentionally go out to places like this but that is for sure going to change! Upon entering the store the staff greeted me and helped me choose which sub I should get! I ended up getting the regular Italian with the rosemary parm bread, mayo, banana peppers, onions, lettuce, and the seasoning. The price was great for the amount of food I got and the flavor and taste of the food was out of this world!! seriously can’t wait to come back. Very satisfied.
