Everyone there is super friendly but I cannot stand when I order food, especially paying extra for the burger to be customized only for them to completely ignore it, I ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce and and extra patty which only is an extra $1.50 but to ignore it all together is a bit of a pain, seeing as how I had to pull forward and wait in the drive through spots, I don’t mind waiting longer but that should mean that the extra time would ensure that they will get the order correct at the very least, not to mention that the fries were not even hot

My complaint is regarding the taste of your Coke beverage. I’ve been.coming to the Butler Crossing McDonalds for 2 years. Every single time I order a regular Coke, it tastes like cleaning fluid. Every time. I looked up why this could be happening and it said your machine needs cleaned very badly. The lines are probably really gunked up and dirty. Or the mixture is really off.
Please fix this. Your Coke is always undrinkable. I rarely order a drink bevause of this but when I do, hoping this has been fixed, it never is. Please look into this or have a glass of your Coke. See if you can get it down.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I placed my order for breakfast at 10:25 which I know of very close to 10:30. I arrived at the speaker at 10:28 and they did not get on the speaker and ignored me until 10:32. When I gave them my order code for the food that I already paid for they claimed that they could not make it since it was past 10:30. I stated that I already paid for it and that I was at the speaker before 10:30 and they refused to make me the order that I paid for. They claimed it would be refunded and when I asked for proof of the refund they ignored it and told me that if I did not get refunded to come back in. The fact that they ignored me being at the speaker on purpose so that they did not have to serve me breakfast is very wrong! This is not my only bad experience here, just the worst so far.

I really don’t understand why it’s so hard to follow simple instructions. I’m a very fair person. However the last 3 times, I requested no cheese. There has been cheese. It’s so frustrating to me. Please learn simple instruction.

I go in and talk to a real person because using a kiosk or phone app is not my thing. The size of a sandwich is getting smaller and smaller, but I still go anyway. Don’t forget to take advantage of the survey and get a BOGO sandwich.

Ordered a couple bacon egg and cheese mcgriddles for my breakfast before work. Order was canceled on the app as I pulled into parking lot. No one in the location had an explanation for this and offered to take my order in store. Unfortunately, as I stated, I had to go to work and this was not an option considering the queue. Got a half baked apology and walked to the sheetz next door to grab a donut.

Worst experience ever at McDonald’s. I waited 40 minutes for my order. I get it, it was Sunday at lunchtime. Was told to wait in spot2 for my order, 30 minutes and 2 conversations later with workers bringing out other customer orders, 1st girl forget about me, finally got food, it was wrong, 10 minutes inside waiting for correct burger, everyone working acted like they could care less. Yep, you guys deserve 15.00 an hour.

Got 2 double cheeseburgers and a small fry. The burgers were the best I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The fries were cold and soggy. I threw them in the grass for the birds very disappointed. I would have complained but there was already someone pounding on the door to complain about there order so I just went home disappointed
