This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to!!! I order on line and picked food up at counter! Our hash browns 4 of them were stuck fast to the paper and cold! I ordered two streak egg and cheese bagels the both were so greasy and one didn’t even have an egg!! I also ordered 3 different drinks none of them were labeled!! No one there can do their job!! I tried call 3 times and no answer!! DON’T GO TO THIS MCDONALD!!!

Staff was super friendly, food was hot and fresh, daughter had a 10 peice nugget and husband had 2 bacon mcdoubles with no onions , we told them he was allergic and they relayed it and not one onion was near those sandwiches. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Every time I order from this specific McDonald’s, they mess my food up. I asked for a plain cheeseburger and even double-checked to make sure it was correct, but once again it came loaded with toppings I didn’t want. This isn’t a one-time mistake it happens every single order. It’s frustrating to pay for food you can’t eat and have to constantly check or go back. At this point, it feels like they don’t pay attention to orders at all. Very disappointing.

Not sure how this location stays in business. Their fries are consistently cold and soggy everytime we go there. Today customer service was lacking. Staff could not have been less friendly. Don’t recommend asking for extra dipping sauce because you will feel like you asked for gold.

… I understand it’s fast food but I mean come on. I shouldn’t be able to flick the bun with my finger and hear a sound similar to flicking a counter top. Asked for extra pickles, got 2, the burger comes with onions but guess what? no onions either, well I lied, there was one… I haven’t had a burger from Mcdonalds in over a year due to not eating gluten to help with my autoimmune disease. Had a moment of weakness, and my only regret is that it was at the elysburg location. Do better what a let down..

I bought my best friends daughter a meal WITHOUT onions… and there was onions on her cheeseburger . She was mad at me lol.. thanks McDonald’s!

Waited at counter for 5 minutes, was told it would be a few minutes more. Then when someone came up they said use the kiosk. Looking into the prep area was scary . We went to Sheetz instead.

Horrible location. Food is never fresh and if your order is correct your very lucky. Our last order they forgot 4 orders of fries ,a 20 piece chicken nugget and a large drink. How do you forget that much of an order. Complete incompetence.

Our fiesta were cold and the lady thatctried to help the cashier was no good. She wasn’t even listening to what I ordered. Had to repeat myself a few times then still mess up my order. Cashier asked her if she messed up she said no everything is good but I said no she did.
