Friendly, fast and delicious. Crew is a well oiled machine. Manager is very positive and complimentary to employees. Great motivated. This is the best experience I have had in a McDonalds in years!

So I want to start this comment with the fact that I have been to many McDonald’s in Michigan from New Baltimore to Warren to Sterling Heights to Clinton township to Rochester hills, Troy, and many more in Michigan I have also been to McDonald’s in Las Vegas, New york, Ohio, Pennsylvania and other states that I can’t remember.
The reason for this post is because I order my fries well done. I know people say well done because they want it fresh but I actually want them cooked a bit longer. Every McDonald’s I go to they have always said not a problem we can do that. Well tonight at the McDonald’s I come to every day the manager Tonya told me that she cannot cook the fries any longer than the “rules” state. Mind you I go to this McDonalds daily and get fries and they have always done what I ask never ever said it was an issue. Sometimes my fries still weren’t well done even with asking but it doesn’t matter. What matters is that Tonya for some weird reason couldn’t cook my fries any longer, an extra 30 seconds wasn’t allowed due to a time limit ?? and was rude about it. It’s never been a problem in any of the other 50 locations I’ve been to. I hope this can be addressed because I am a daily customer, you guys know me and I hate to leave this review but this is extremely disappointing and kind of absurd if you think about it.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. Can’t get your order right. Go in to make Itty right and took a total of 30 minutes. Missed my appointment. I’m so disgusted. Go to location on hall rd or 23 mile.

One of the worst McDonald’s around. Took my boyfriend and little brother here for breakfast on a nice Sunday morning. We get our food and start driving, when my boyfriend opens his bagel to find hairs in it. I go back up there and the people just act like it’s no big deal. They said “want do you want?” Oh i don’t know maybe a refund for all of my food and for you to make a bagel without hair? Absolutely disgusting. 0/10 do not recommend.

I wasn’t gonna leave a review until my order just kept getting worse the more I dug into it. The first thing was the fries were barely filled halfway. 2 large fries both barely filled.. then my drink was not even the drink I ordered. And then my sandwich I got had toppings that aren’t even suppose to be on that sandwich. Not a single thing was right about my meal and I feel like I wasted my money. 12/30/25. I recently stopped by my local McDonald’s, and honestly, it was a surprisingly delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, the place had that familiar warmth that just feels like home. The crew was friendly and quick with my order, which is always a plus when you’re hungry!
I decided to go with the classic Big Mac, and let me tell you, it hit the spot. The layers of that beefy goodness, the special sauce, and crisp lettuce just made my taste buds dance. Plus, the fries were perfectly golden and just the right amount of salty—definitely the best part for me!
What really stood out, though, was how clean and organized everything was. It’s clear they take care of their place, which makes you feel good about your meal. I also appreciated how everything was made fresh, which added to the overall experience.
If you’re ever craving a good, quick bite and want to relive some nostalgia, I’d say swing by McDonald’s. It’s comforting, satisfying, and always seems to have that little something special just when you need it!

Ordered a pop and French fries and the fries were ice cold. The last few times I’ve been here food had been sub par. Have ni idea why I have gone multiple times. Management obviously doesn’t care what product goes out to its customer. Usually a long time to wait in drive thru. Today even had to wait and I was only one in it. They waited to give me my fries and im thinking I only had to wait cause they were making fresh ones. Silly me they were just being lazy and they were ice cold.

For the love of God do NOT pull forward when they ask you to. You’ll be waiting 10 minutes in the parking spot for a frappe (that takes 0 effort to make,) then when you have to come inside because they forgot about you, you and the person next to you (also waiting for their drink) will be ignored because they have two cars in the drive thru

Will never got to this location again. I ordered my breakfast at 10:20, when I got to the window the lady had messed up the order and said she would change it. When I get to the next window I’m missing a meal. The manager says that I didn’t order it and I have to come in. So I park and go in. They wouldn’t take my order at the counter, I had to at the kiosk. As I’m ordering I hear the manager say “shut breakfast down now”. Then tells me that they don’t have hashbrowns and my order shouldn’t have gone through. So I asked “did you tell me to come in and order but tried to shut breakfast down before I did?” She actually said yes then told me I needed to order before 10:30. I said I ordered 15 min ago and you messed it up. She gave me another rude comment and I left.
