These managers and owners should be ashamed of themselves. Making employees pay for food if someone drives off is the most pathetic thing I’ve ever heard.

I pulled up after making an online order for pick up. The line was long and not moving quickly at ~6:30 am. It seemed to have frustrated some people because they drove off.

When it was finally my turn to get to the window. I told the person working that the car in front of me drove off. They just looked defeated and said they were going to have to pay for the food that the person ordered. I asked if they were serious and they responded with “yeah, they make me pay for the food. That was the second car that’s driven off this morning”. I

I cannot believe anyone in their right mind would ask an employee to pay for the food that a customer ordered but drove off.

Do not do that to your employees or you won’t have any for much longer!!!

Every time we order delivery from this location something is wrong. Once again we ordered a Double Hamburger and received a single burger.
Once again, none of the condiments ordered were received. No napkins, no straw. And our Dasher had to wait on an order that was wrong…. again. I get that they are busy, but that should not prevent them from getting the items ordered right!!

For the love of God don’t come to this location after 10. Very slow and then didn’t get my order correct. Doors locked so I can’t go in. An employee sees me at the door and signals me to go back through the drive thru while the food I do have is getting cold and the drive thru is backed up. Luckily another employee came to the door and remade the entire order, which is the only reason this got a second star.

Went through the drive thru at 945pm on Friday night 1/2/26 after work. They took forever to take my order as I rounder the building to pay there was 1 suv at the window chatting with the employee. This customer had a sound system in his suv they kept raising the volume to the point it was rattling my windows . I could not get out of line because someone was behind me. This went on for 12 minutes. I tried to call mcdonalds and was hung up on. I called again and the person that answered stated that the customer ordered an item that took 7 minutes to cook and they refused to pull up so that the people behind could no be served. I was unaware that you could sit at the window and chat and listen to the customer’s radio for over 10 minutes. This night crew has given both me and my husband poor service several times. I know this will no go any further but I hope no one gets stuck in line like I did while the crew is having a good time.
PS and my food was cold when I got it.

This McDonald’s is the closest one to my house that serves food 24 hours a day, so I find myself stopping by pretty often—especially late at night when most other places are closed. It’s convenient to have a spot that’s always open, and I really appreciate being able to grab something hot and fresh no matter the hour. The food is usually good and consistent with what you’d expect from McDonald’s. My orders are almost always correct, and the fries are typically hot and crispy, which I definitely appreciate after a long day.

That said, the wait time can be quite a while on most nights, especially during the later hours when there are fewer staff members working. It’s not usually a dealbreaker, but if you’re in a rush, it’s something to keep in mind. Still, the employees are generally polite and do their best to keep things moving as quickly as possible.

Overall, this location is a solid choice if you’re looking for a reliable meal after hours. The convenience of being open 24/7 makes it one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something quick and familiar late at night

No one should have to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru for cold, hard food, and half of the order was totally wrong. This restaurant need people who care about what they are serving, or just shut the establishment completely down. NEVER AGAIN!!

I haven’t had this in a long time, but bought it yesterday as a treat for myself. I ordered ice mocha but look at this. This was taste less and she didn’t make mix properly. This was worst my ice mocha.

Did a mobile order. Sat there for 35 minutes waiting for the order. They made me park in a stall. Tried to bring me 5 different orders. When they finally brought me the right order they were missing a sandwich and two drinks. Made me wait another 5 minutes. I had to go in and get the rest of my order. Not ONCE did I get a “thank you” or “I’m sorry” girl just threw my food on the counter and moved onto the next person. HORRIBLE customer service.

It was busy early on a Saturday morning and everything wasn’t perfect but the staff did their best to get everyone’s order done right and quickly. I appreciate that they are willing to be open that early on the weekend!

Don’t understand why instead of a coffee on a meal they cannot give me a cup of tapwater without charging me between $.25 and $.40 more. I even told them just put water in the coffee cup. It’s at 5:30 in the morning and the person taking the order is a person making the drinks because they’re not busy yet. They only have one window. I could understand maybe if the person taking the order is in the first window and the person making the drinks is in the second window, but it’s the same person Instead of making a coffee just give me regular old tapwater. Or I don’t understand why they can’t make a key for a cup of water it doesn’t cost them anymore. They’re just trying to upsell a bottle of Water
