The service was horrible it looked like everyone that was working on 12-25-25 around 1 pm is too high to even understand simple order. They forgot 3 drinks and 3 fries they aren’t working on DoorDash orders and we had to wait around 10 minutes for a bacon qp meal a Big Mac meal and a 5 dollar meal , took them forever to even acknowledge me when I was sitting at the counter waiting for someone to bring me my drinks and fries this is very unprofessional me and my family have been waiting here for 35 mins something needs to be done . Either hire new workers or train them to be better workers.

I came to the drive thru last week and waited 30 mins late for work .. fries were cold but I had to go .. anyways can I just say that the breakfast I had this morning was fast, accurate & delicious.. whoever cooked it needs a raise. The front did great as well

The worst McDonald’s in Rockford. Two cars ahead of me in drive thru. Sat there for 10 minutes before the line started to move. Another 5 minutes before I placed my order. Another 5 minutes to pay. Finally get my order after another 5 minutes and as usual it was wrong. Was told to pull up to next window to wait. After 5 minutes, I went inside to see what was taking so long. They handed me a sack with the wrong item. By now my other food is cold, but they did nothing to correct it even after I pointed out how long it had been since they made the order. And for this they expect $20 per hour?!?

This is now the norm for these franchised McDonald’s. Unprofessional behavior throughout the workforce. Wearing pajamas and joking around while people waited for their food. One of the workers had his pants down below his butt so his underwear was hanging out. Gross. The Bucciferro family needs to get their restaurants under control!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience at this location. Go through the drive-through and no one is ever there, half the time they act like they’re annoyed that you’re wanting food. It’s probably for the best. The cost of McDonald’s is outrageous.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this location has always been the worst I’ve ever experienced, and I need to express it. The wait time is outrageous for the quality of food you wait for. Even if you’re the only one in the drive thru you will wait over 20 minutes regardless. Even asking for extra pickle, or waiting for fries or anything! It’s never correct, it’s hard, stale and cold! EVERTYTIME!! The fries are chewy and cold, the bread is dry and hard, the nuggets taste like silly puddy…. Etc. I’ve never had a good experience at this location and I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt numerous of times. I understand the industry and customer service and being short handed. I usually see a good amount of employees at all hours of the day, yet, they be standing around in there pajamas, laughing, goofing, not paying any attention to the job they’re supposed to be doing and have very poor attitudes even when I’m sitting there FOREVER and still have a smile on my face even tho I’m a bit annoyed and I waited this long for food that tastes like it’s been sitting on a counter for weeks. Very poor business.

Literally need to fire whoever was in your store working tonight. They’re getting paid to do absolutely nothing and hang up when I called to ask what the situation was and who the store manager was to contact. Not even answering the drive thru and multiple cars were lined up while he just stood inside the store. You are losing business hardcore.

Had a pickup order – placed and paid for – got to the drive thru, waited for almost 10 minutes without a single word and then they shut the lights off. Tried calling and they let it ring the first time, the next 4 times of calling they hung up on me. Great service

Terrible service, I had an online order and they did not have part of my order and would not refund it, the guy at the window was incredibly rude and shut the door on my face They wound not refund me MY MONEY for the food they didn’t have. The customer service at this McDonald is terrible, every one is super rude and the manager needs to figure it out and run the restaurant better. I will not be returning

Waited in drive thru 30 min, one car away from the speaker. Pulled in at 10:45. They switched to lunch at 11, still haven’t moved an inch and wasn’t able to pull up to order. Cars were behind me and I couldn’t leave. At 11:10 I was finally able to hit the speaker. No response for 5 more minutes. I had to say hello to them. They told me to wait a few moments and finally came to take my order at 11:17. When I said I’ve been in line 30 minutes and asked if I could order breakfast, the order taker laughed at me and said no. I responded are you kidding me? And she responded well maybe we can if we still have it. You can try. Nope. I’ve been boxed in here with no way out for half an hour and I don’t want the lunch menu. Avoid this location. No sense of urgency or customer service.
