Blizzards are not frozen.
Melted and running. Freezers are not turned up high enough OR malfunctioning.
Extremely RUDE employee waited on us at the drive-thru. Messed our order up twice. Then told me ‘You can just go somewhere else.’

I asked Ben for “Hella Pickles” on my $5 pick 2, with 2 cheeseburgers. Not only did he accept this request, but he relayed my exact words of “Hella Pickles” to the cook. When I say the cook understood the assignment, I mean it. There were more pickles than patty. Amazing experience.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday with pick up on Christmas eve. I was called a few days prior asking which rainbow that I wanted. I was happy that they called to make sure it was correct. The cake was perfect and they service was awesome! Thank you for going above and beyond and being so courteous!

Dairy Queen…do better…We are so tired of half vanilla blizzards! As a former DQ employee, I know how hard it is to get the whole blizzard mixed to the bottom; however, almost EVERY time we order from the app or drive thru our blizzards are not mixed well and the bottom portion is just vanilla ice cream. Who cares if you can turn it upside down when it’s not a consistent, desirable treat all the way through.

Everything was great until I got home with my chicken strip Basket, opened it and they forgot my extra gravy and there was no toast!! At all. Just chicken and fries. The toast is my favorite part .
