This’s the worst Taco Bell to for fast food, the workers there are awful , I very bad experience there, I bought a supreme Burrito the food was cold and tested like it was a leftover burrito I asked for a replacement the employees was no we can’t replace the burrito it’s freshly made it had to leave their bad food on the table and walk away.

There was not a long line in drive thru so thats good. I ordered a chicken cantina bowl, a chicken cantina quesadilla meal & a Mexican pizza w/crunchy taco supreme meal.

What we got was a cantina bowl with a regular chicken quesadilla and a cantina quesadilla.. no Mexican pizza and the taco was a regular taco.

My receipt says my cashier is Patrick B but it was a female who took my order as well as money. She was polite but I dont know her name.

Much better with the service and food quality. Order to go . Employees were friendly, ordering a $45 order, and I thought they would take long. But no food came out less than10 minutes . Everything is delicious and the new cantina taco is the bomb.

I made an order on the app this week for your location and the staff forgot an item and forgot my 4 green salsa packets 2 of which I paid extra for plus they made an items wrong and one of the items (7 layer burrito) was not a burrito it looked like someone put 7 piles of stuff on the flower tortilla and balled it up. I let most of that slide bc let’s be honest they aren’t paid enough to care. What really angered me though was as I was pulling away I specifically asked “are my 4 green salsas in here”. Her response was “they in the bag sweetie.” Needless to say when I got home they were not… When I came back 2 days later (today) to ask about simply getting two of the green salsa packets they forgot I was told no bc I didnt come back yesterday.
Seriously?

On principle alone I will no longer be visiting your taco bell. And its going to be a long time before i visit another taco bell. Being such a huge franchise refusing to give clients what they paid for is unacceptable, even the small stuff. I expected better from you taco bell.

Getting dinner for my family after a hard day working and just wanted to order and go home. Employee’s have zero people skills and when your tired, need to get food to your family and all you encounter are rude Employee’s that snatch your money and sling your dinner through the window you feel like snatching them out of the window! This is a new post i sent someone there tonight 12/17/20 and ordered the nacho share box I was on the phone when he stated that no tomato or guacamole on them he was told that no tomato comes on there this was a 9:30pm I received my food at 9:57pm I asked him for receipt he was not giving one and my food has tomato I am allergic to tomato been like this all my life I love taco bell I also have been calling since 9:59pm and no answer I received at all so I am posting this in order to get a answer cause now I have to pick them off and take a benadryl to make sure I dont have a bad reaction cause I dont feel like dealing with the hospital I had yo pay someone to go there for me because my car is down or I would have brought the food back so 15 for them plus the cost of food im so sad and also where is the meat i see more beans and other stuff then meat. One last thing the food was warm by the time I received it now its cold as ice and have to be microwave now soggy chips this is the first time I have had nasty food from taco bell period one last picture all beans WHERE IS THE MEAT??????

I didn’t take a side pic because you can’t see nothing as in when you open the burrito what do you see? Enough wrap for 2 burritos and burnt. I know what you’re thinking,why is this guy getting all bent out of shape for a breakfast burrito that cost only a $1.65?. I’d rather pay $3.30 for one with double the amount of product because I can’t taste nothing but wrap. I have worked and you have worked hard and we expect something that we eat to taste like what has been ordered.. Even the chicken that laid the egg is mad because she wants to know what happened to the rest of the egg. I’ll be taking a break from all taco bells for now.
