Had a great time here for a quick coffee. The atmosphere was very friendly and with great service from the staff. The staff was able to direct me on their options of coffee and what they had available around the season of ordering. Their was plenty of room for seating and a great atmosphere. Kid friendly. Parking is right on the street, may be difficult if events are in the square or depending on the time you’re stopping in for a nice delicious coffee. Enjoyed my time and would recommend if looking for a local coffee Cafe.

My family went here after seeing post about how awesome the place was! When we arrived it was packed so we were very excited to try it out! Unfortunately the food was the biggest let down. All the savory food is bought ready and warmed in a toaster oven. The coffee was great, the service was great, and the bakery items looked really good. I can’t give the best rating because we came after seeing a post on how great the food was and after purchasing $60 worth of various items, nothing seemed to be worth the amount we paid and left my wife feeling queazy.

I really like Cool Beans for their coffee and drinks, and their service is always great. Their food is good as well and I’ve been going for years. I don’t really get the food often anymore because their gluten free bread is $3 (for half a sandwich even) and that’s a very steep upcharge when other restaurants I’ve been to usually charge $1-2 max. They take great care with the prep on gf orders though and I’ve never been sick (celiac) so that’s a big positive, but that upcharge keeps me from wanting to order sometimes.

I visited Cool Beans for the first time yesterday, and it was my mom’s second time.
I believe it was the owner who served us. She and the other employee working were so kind and helpful, even when we had a few questions.
We both got coffees and we loved them. We did not dine in or have any food but I would love to come back and try some menu items as well.

Great coffee shop and café in the middle of picturesque Medina. Great coffee and friendly service. Had the avocado wrap and Tuscan paining-yum. Onion chip dip served with the chips is a nice touch.

Excellent coffee and food. Opted for a coffee flight to get to try a variety and was impressed. The Cuban sandwich was delicious and came with a pickle and chips. Others I was with had various sandwiches as well as flights and were all happy with the selections.

It took about 10 minutes in line waiting to order which was good because by the time we were ready to order a table had opened up. Well worth the visit and I’ll be looking to pick up some of their coffee online in the future.

This was a great stop after our tour of Castle Noel and is within walking distance. The place was all decked out for Christmas. My wife and I had the hot cocoa flight, which all had completely different tastes that were authentic to the flavor. For instance, the gingerbread cocoa was dramatically different from the peppermint. If you got to most places, the toppings will be different, but the cocoa will taste the same. My wife really loved the chili. I got the club sub, and it was very large. The oatmeal cookie was a little dry for my tastes, but oatmeal cookie recipes can be completely different. The vibe of the place was very fun. The place was packed at 1 on a weekday, so people must love it.

Cute decent sized coffee shop right off of the town square, with incredible food and drinks. One of the best caramel lattes I’ve ever had and THE best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. I stopped eating to write this review because they deserve a 5 star. I will say I was a bit thrown by the Christmas decor in mid January, especially with some large banners that looked AI generated… But the food and drinks are enough to overlook that.

This place was really great! We went at noon on a Sunday and they were VERY busy – a line out the door the entire time! They were well worth the wait though. The food was delicious and the drinks were fabulous. They have a ton of gluten free options and are very knowledgeable about what is GF. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming despite being incredibly busy. We sat and chatted while we waited for our orders to be ready. The only downside is that they call your name every time an item is ready, not all at once so you have to really be paying attention but that’s really not an inconvenience at all just something a first time visitor needs to know. I really liked the atmosphere and experience. I would recommend this place and we’ll definitely be back!
