Picked this place simply due to its name! Located in the center of the shopping center (village) – we came here on a busy Christmas Sunday. Place was packed and we were told 10-15 min wait unless we wanted to sit by the bar area! Why wouldnt we? Best spot in the house with roaring fireplace!

Besides bar/fireplace room which has small tables and a big couch with table in front of the fireplace – there is also a big dinning room with windows overlooking village. There is also upstairs with smaller private rooms. While we were there – they had “lunch with Santa”

We ordered buffalo cauliflower, crabcake, daily special – Cuban sandwich and franchise soup. Out of everything just crabcake was five star. The rest was just OK. Overall good for quick bite on the shopping day probably would not make trip there just to eat there. However, best part about it is interior decoration/design.

Myles was our waiter and has been working at the Cock ‘n Bull for over 12 years. He was so personable and attentive – he checked in with us multiple times, made us laugh, and was so well-spoken. We decided to write a review just because of our experience with him! The Roasted Apple Flatbread was absolutely delicious and was definitely our favorite dish of the night. It got better with every bite! We also really liked their signature Beef Burgundy, it was warm and comforting. I got one of the specials, Osso Buco, and it was a little dry and the overall dish wasn’t as flavorful as I expected… But overall it was a great experience and we definitely will be back! 10/10 for service.

The most wonderful time of the year will be feel incomplete without a visit to Peddlers village and grabbing a holiday drink at Cock ‘n Bull. Look, getting reservations during peak holiday season is almost impossible unless you are a great planner.

Early walk-ins is what I’d recommend and we got lucky this time to grab a bar seat at this iconic restaurant. Daisy, our server, was overwhelmed with the orders on Sat evening, but that didn’t stop her from providing us amazing service.

Bar atmoshphere was festive, very cozy set up, an warm and welcoming staff, with added warmth thanks to the amazing fireplace!

We just got drinks and apps which included a trio of dip. The roasted onion dip stood out and was polished first! Service was top notch, thanks to Daisy. Noise levels on the average end. We wanted a memorable trip, and we got one! No complaints!

Very cool historic style restaurant in peddlers village.
As soon as you walk in there is a nice bar with a woodburning fireplace. They have a great bar menu and pour a proper Guinness.
We sat in the main dining room with a party of 12, including 4 kids. Waitress was great and got the kids food out fast. I must say the kids chicken fingers were good lol.
I got the French onion soup and chicken pot pie. Both were very good and would recommend.
Definitely recommend if your in the area.

My friend David and I went to the Cock N Bull restaurant for Veterans Day. What a great experience. Nestled in Peddlers Village, this restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I recommend eating in the bar next to the cozy fireplace. David ordered the French Onion Soup and the Chicken Pot Pie and I ordered the Cheeseburger with Fries. Absolutely delicious! Another caveat was Veterans eat for free. Cheers to you Cock N Bull. If you’re visiting Bucks County, check out this restaurant. You won’t be let down.

Im not mad ,just disappointed. I had high hopes for a delicious meal in a festive atmosphere. Unfortunately I was very disappointed across the board. The seating was horrible. Probably the worst table in the place very uncomfortable and bad placement. We asked the waitress and the hostess to move us to another table. They would not move us even though there were other tables available. Should have just left then. Our waitress was slow and unattentive. The food potions to price and quality were not good either. Just very disappointing. I think even an Applebee’s would have been better.

Convenient restaurant in the middle of Peddler’s Village. Went on a Saturday right before Christmas time around 12:30pm- the wait was only 30 minutes. Friends and I got the French onion soup, corn chowder soup, southwest salad, Dutch burger, and Nashville chicken sandwich. The food was good but the French onion soup needed a bit of salt and the chicken we added to the southwest salad was so dry, it was nearly inedible. Not worth the extra $8. Also, my friend and I wanted to share the salad and burger so the waiter offered to have both split in the back, which we thought was so nice and accommodating. The waiter failed to mention it would cost an extra $8. It was a fine restaurant but would try some place else next time.

Winter squash soup was fabulous. Drinks were very good. The gingerbread cake reminded me of my grandmother gingerbread from when I was a kid

Fried chicken was delicious. Biscuit was on the dry side but tasty when buttered. Wish it had strawberry jam. The sweet potato fries were good. Cocktails were good, i had the strawberry margarita, and my husband had a yeigling draft. Service was ok. Restaurant was on the warm side on a hot day and staff had long sleeves and sweaters which made it feel warmer.

We were really looking forward to dining here again after a wonderful experience last year, but unfortunately this visit was very disappointing. Service was slow — it took over 20 minutes before our waitress even approached the table — and the quality of the food was far below expectations. The fish dish, in particular, was poorly prepared, and the rest of the meal felt uninspired. Sadly, the contrast from our previous visit was so stark that we won’t be returning.
